Ho_Chaser: Its definitely happening, I remember that shit from when I was there in '05. The problem is most of the lower enlisted who are selling their shit are doing it to other lower enlisted and young non-coms ... not officers or senior enlisted (who they are fucking for free for benefits) and not contractors (as they don't roll in our circles so hard to make that contact .. plenty of dumb LT / CPT pussy though thats *dating* or trading for booze as opposed to p4p)

Your best bet if you want a western is either make friend with some lower enlisted / young non-com at the G staff level (plenty of them) and then do the "date thing" (I call it dating but your really trading alcohol and non-sleaziness for their pussy and them feeling empowered).
