So, I received some messages from 3 SNC managers / owners in the last couple of days.

They have received the green light to bring girls from E-Europe and one has already brought some girls in, 1 is bringing them next week and 1 is waiting until end of August for some reason.

They've told me that mostly Ukraine, Moldova, Kazakh.

Still waiting to hear back for the prices but I'm not expecting much lower prices than pre crisis.
