There are no brothels or anything similar in Jounieh or anywhere else in Lebanon, as they are considered illegal.

Most mongering happens indirectly or covered by SNCs and massage places. A brothel would be too public and invites trouble.

I can not tell you how much the girls are asking for as I engage with middle-eastern girls only. But I would imagine that the prices for Russian girls range in the lower couple hundred bucks for a date of several hours. You can probably imagine yourself that many are somewhat desperate for money right now, hence, depending on your negotiation skills, you may be able to beat that.

The "fee" to sit with a girl will vary but I remember that one club charged 80 USD per hour. Drinks will set you back each 10 USD (NEVER pay more than that). There seems to be a rebate / free drinks when you actually have a girl at your table.

I asked someone knowledgeable for you: there are places that are brothel like and where you can pick your girl from a line-up and take her right away. But these are Arab girls only (meaning: all girls are Syrian). There is no etablissement right now that offers something like that with European girls as far as he is aware. I may add that the police has recently raided the Sea Road in Jounieh and removed all the Syrians. Lebanese girls can be found there beginning from about where Manuella is, even in day time I saw a few close to Casino du Liban and one or two were actually good looking. While I suppose most here are looking for European company, I thought adding this information is worthwhile.

I do not think he was referring to street girls.

He was referring to those in SNCs (super night clubs) which are mostly east european.

Also, street girls are in Maameltein street and they are mostly Africans and Syrians of the lowest quality possible.
