I applaud your initiative, RB, although I imagine like PokerMe that the response will be underwhelming.

My approach is rather anodyne so far: I check a few of the usual websites, and so far have tended towards only CIS providers who use CIS phones who are located in central locations. However, my leash is a little shorter than some's and so my times of play and distance of venture are limited.
