Seriously, she will work where a)she makes money, and b)her gf's work. Most will initially have a mentor, and will start working in the same "office" as the mentor. After gaining experience, and expanding her network of friends, she may try other bars, eventually settling in where the market dictates. Rarely will a girl work a bar alone; after all, there's a LOT of boring time waiting for a fish to bite. I knew one girl who could tell the time at York by the song the band was playing...

Once established, a girl will generally stay at the same bar, as that's where "her" clients expect to see her, where she's comfortable, where she knows the legit bar workers, and where she knows her place in the pecking order (think animal kingdom). But if she fails to pan enough gold there, she'll move on to stake another claim. Given changing territory does cost in having to establish a whole lot of new "relationships", a girl will TEND to stay at the same bar once she establishes herself in the market. (OK, enough with the mixed metaphors...)

To the extent that she is working as a hooker in Dubai, the chances of you flying in and successfully rescuing her are slim.

Acknowledging that, sadly, some girls do get trafficked in this day and age, I would respectfully suggest that your girl is not one of them. To the extent that she is free to move around Dubai of her own free will suggests to me that she is here by choice. Whether or not she has 'managers' etc to pay off either here or somewhere else remains to be seen, but the tall and short of it is that she could put an end to her life on the game if she so chose, and there are many organisations that would provide assistance to her in doing so.

Finally, and forgive me if I have misunderstood some of your posts (which to be fair are not particularly clear), you mention that she was with you for a year and then left. If this is the case, then perhaps she is trying to tell you something? Either she doesn't have the same feelings for you as you do for her, or you are not able to keep her in the lifestyle to which she feels accustomed or worth. Either way, she has decided that there are richer pastures elsewhere and has moved on. I strongly suggest that you do the same.

Finally, if you do decide to fly into Dubai to 'rescue' her, I urge you to proceed with extreme caution. You never know what might just be lurking underneath the stones that U-turn in an attempt to find her.

Legitimate hotel staff have accommodation provided, but normally in barracks-style apartment blocks off site (in some cases very far away, for example 4 points Sheraton staff live at Dubai Investment Park past the Green Community about 35km away). Or staff can take a live-out allowance and find their own accommodation, which will normally mean bed spaces in rooms with about 6-8 beds.

As I assume this Nicole you are seeking is a working girl or you wouldn't be on this site. Therefore there is no chance of her staying in the hotel she is working (she is not an employee of the hotel), or any other hotel, unless she is with a punter.

Be careful out there.
