I also find it helps if you ask about family sometimes - show interest as this will eventually pay its rewards if not immediately but later as the WG will like you more for showing interest in something other than pussy and/or she may tell her friends you are a nice guy.
See you soon in AD

Yes, it served beer, babes and billiards even on holidays. If it's a long drive for you, best to call them first - ask for Sergei the manager, or Oxana the main barmaid, and tell them Mr. M, Victoria's boyfriend from Al Bustan Residence, sent you. (Victoria is Oxana's cousin - a cute hairdresser in Sharjah - not a WG, but after we shared a few tequilas one night ... ah memories).

All the Meridiens can be confusing. I think it's Le Meridien Mina Seyahi (turn right at the Internet City traffic signal). Google Ciro's Pomodora to double-check the name.

When you say Le Meridien, you mean the "Mina Seyah" (or something similar)? Because there is an other "Meridien" just nextdoor, if I remember right?
Major challenges with Internet connections in Dubai tonight, so I'm glad I managed to receive this important piece of info! The network goes up and down, the hotel staff just is blaming Etisalat...
You think this Churchill's bar even serves alcohol tonight..? Too good to be true!

Gents,
during Ramadan Amnesia was closed, whereas Cyclone and York were not. How about today? I heard a rumor all bars would be closed tonight??

No need to impress them with great conversation on your part. The key is letting them do the talking, by asking a few simple open-ended questions. Start with a few non-personal questions (eg "I'd love to go to Kiev one day - tell me what's it like there?") then let the girl do the talking. Listen, and add a few relevant comments and a few questions here and there, getting her to talk more about herself if she leads the conversation that way. Once you start her off, the rest will usually flow easily. Never ask a WG why she is a WG or other questions that will make her defensive. Keep it light and have a few laughs.
Women (not only WGs) love talking, and they like a good listener. It's not a matter of charming the girl, but it breaks the ice, makes her feel more comfortable with you, and usually makes for a better experience back in the bedroom. It also gives you a "feel" for whether she will be a dud or not.
(On the other hand, we've all had great experiences with WGs who speak no English. Just depends on you, the girl and the mood).

Really, remember, it's P4P, you are not trying to woo (am I dating myself?) her, win her affection. The size of your wallet will do that, plus if she thinks you're a nice (read safe) guy (either by demeanor or network intelligence). Once you've made the deal, she couldn't care less what you want to talk about (or not talk about).
If you are at a loss, take a page out of her book: Where do you come from (country can be pretty easy, but ask city), how long have you been in dxb, where do you live.
Just be careful about asking too much - you might get answers that you really don't want to hear - not to evoke sympathy (read more money), but just statements of fact. Very few girls had this in mind as their FIRST career choice, and some don't realize that explaining WHY they are here, working in a bar, does take the shine off of the GFE facade.Last edited by 11Bravo; 01-18-07 at 13:14. Hi guys
I am of a naturally quiet disposition which is why I am asking this question. Betwen approaching the girl of your choice and agreeing a price, what do you guys talk about? I find it very difficult to make small talk and would appreciate some tips!

Having some spare time, while preparing my soon-to-come visit, I found a more detailed than previously seen map of Bur Dubai here:
www.dubaitourism.ae/Map/default.asp
It is interactive and you can find most hotel locations.
I reported the most popular venues in the attached picture, including 2 GF hotels, the Four Points (expensive) and the Dar Al Sondos Apartements by Le Meridien (cheaper), which I booked months ago for 250 dhs plus taxes
This can be pretty helpful for those who like to walk, but do not know the locations. To give an idea it takes 10-15 minutes from 7 (TGIT) to 8 (4 Points).
Enjoy, RedLast edited by RedBaron2; 01-15-07 at 15:41. Reason: map fixed for Jockeys

I am well out of town, arranged by my company, close to work away from temptation.
Hilton hotel, should be GF, but I fear I will be in the Fort Hotel. Any ideas as to friendlyness.
Lastly is there any life in the town.

I will be staying at the Panorama for three nights next week. Can anyone tell me the quality of the girls there? Are there any Iranians / Indians there? How much do the girls charge?
