I had the same problem when signing up on iPhone few days ago. If you see any part of a red box (from memory) on the page with ads then click on it and it will move you over to a billing page which doesn't have ads.

Hope that works for you. I was able to do it on iPhone 6 Plus so you should be good on iPads.

I decided to try this joint this past weekend as part of an effort to explore what different places have to offer. My experience here was kind of bittersweet. I went on Thurs.
