I think the reason certain joints are mentioned over and over is that they maintain certain level of quality in terms of environment, girls and security.

Almost all hotels in the Tri-State + Uttara area are fine. You may search for Hotel Room Day Package in Facebook, those are the ones whos main business is providing secure room for sex.
