I was there two times in the past year.

Entrance: Office building. Front desk with big lobby is staffed by two guys in their 50's.

Visit #1:

Cost: Tk 3500 for 60 min oil massage. Asked for discount but nothing offered.

Girl: 4/10 - short, curvy (forgot name). No choice given. Not my type at all.

Room: 3/10 - faded & torn towel on massage bed, discoloured sofa cover, only fluorescent tube light (too bright on my eyes), in-room shower but looked dirty.

Service: 3/10 - typical massage with good attention to ass (few finger swipes too). After flip, asked for the menu. I was offered Tk 3000 for BJ. Too much IMO, so declined.

Visit #2:

Cost: (same) Tk 3500 for 60 min oil massage. Asked for discount but nothing offered.

Girl: 6/10 - tall, bit curvy (Sheuli or Shilpi). No choice given. Face seems Garo / hill-track minorities.

Room: 8/10 - much better room with massage bed and foot-massage type sofa, in-room 3 pc toilet but looked dirty.

Service: 5/10 - below average massage with only HJ (at Tk 2000) in the menu. Again too much IMO, so declined.

Not going back again.

Avera's environment and massage was never very good. Massage beds / tables, massage quality, environment everything is much better at Reera.

Yes, I agree with this. The quality of massage & privacy is far far better in Reera. But if you can call earlier & make a booking then they would arrange a single private room for you. But I was telling that in Avera HJ, BJ & FS is much more available than Reera.

Now onto your next question, actually my first massage experience in BD was at Long Beach Suites. Its not a 5*, but the standards are 5* adjacent I think.

I had spoken to the Spa over phone and booked a 60 min Swedish massage with a Thai therapist. Got chatting with the therapist during message and found out that there are in total 3 therapist at LBS now - 1 Thai and 2 Bangalee. Another Thai therapist is expected to join in two months time.

I got the impression from my therapist (she kept messaging my balls and taint) that she would provide extras if asked, but I did not find her face attractive, so avoided the question.

Verdict:

Therapist: Face 2.5/5 ; Body 3/5

Massage: 3/5 (experienced a better Swedish massage at The Park, New Delhi).

Therapy room: 4/5.

How much did this set you back? Visiting Dhaka next month so may give this place a try and see if extras are on offer.

I've heard something About Avera. Tamanna, Layla they provide FS. I'm not sure either they are still available in Avera or not. And I think HJ is almost e certain shot in Avera.
