I know Smile is open and no issues and they gladly provide FS.

So, the branch near Hotel Lake Shore is still open?

According to the comments suggests that Reera was expensive & restricted than the other Spa's. Full service is not provided & difficult to get BJ. But police closed it rather than closing the other ones.

Everyone please ask the counter for printed receipt when you pay at the spas or parlors. If you don't take printed receipt then they charge VAT from you but they don't pay VAT to government. So please collect printed receipt.
