Well, best option would be to use a separate SIM for mongering. But it is often difficult. Specially in one's host country. WhatsApp, IMO, etc has very little protection. In WhatsApp, you can go to Settings Privacy Groups and change setting for "Who can add me to groups" to "My contacts except. " and restrict some people from adding you to groups (I am using a Android environment, not sure how different it is in iOS).

I took Tipu's service once, his place was not as clean compared to Aroma or Tanvir's places. But the girl quality was definitely better and she was Semi-Pro, available only few days per month. However, for me the price is too high, as you will be spending Tk from $$, I guess its easier for you.
