It has a great swimming pool. The rooms are ok but the towels provided in the rooms can be old and don't smell good.

While on subject, I reserved a room at the Blue Lime as it was decently priced and came with a nice pool. It's 37 centigrade there now! But no notice on their webpage regarding their GF policies, however, some of their sister hotels listed on the site I know are against 'sex tourism' as they refer to it.

Newbie here,
Anyone know if Intercontinental hotel is girl friendly? I know its way out there and pricey but able to score it for dirt cheap on their sales. If not, then I might have to cancel it.

Khmer girls are way to shy and reserve. They always hide themselves behind their wais, peeking at you.
Viet girls are more cheerful, outgoing and flirty.
Most girls I met in Pnompenh and Siemreap were Viets.

Posts: 24Also, a lot of you guys in here should at least try to think in terms of relativeness. $10 barfine and $30 short time?
That is $45 including the room or two weeks salary for a local worker. Back home in western Europe I get short time for $50 which is just $5 more.
Compared to what many of you guys pay in a very poor developing country such as Cambodia. I would say that you over paying punters are the ones.
Who get screwed here.
The Khmer punters pay $5 for short time here in Cambodia while many of you pay almost the same price as back home.

I would never give away a three months salary voluntarily.
Then they would have to call the criminals to physically rob me.

Before visiting Sihanoukville, I did hangout at walkabout a few times. Most of the FLers are khmer. I was surprised one afternoon to start talking to one Viet girl (Viet FLers are increasing rare these days in PP). She as their with her chubby Viet friend. But my target was my type, slim and cute. It was refreshing to chat to a Viet girl. Her English was better compared to her khmer sisters. When asked how much she would like to share an hour of her time with me, she declined to start the negotiations, rather she insisted that I state my offer. With some experience of the walkabout scene, I offered $20. She smiled and replied quickly with a resounding 'yes'. I doubt if an offer of <$20 would have tempted her.
Back in my hotel, we got down to business. I have to say, from my khmer FL encounters in Phnom Penh, this Viet girl was a refreshing energetic delight. Good service for Cambo.
Before she left we exchanged numbers and I invited her to return a few days later. Like a good Viet girl, she was quick to reply to my sms messages and arrived on time at the next meeting time. Although a little business like in her style, the service was far superior compared to the khmer style I have experienced in Phnom Penh so far. But then again, I have not bothered to avail of the hostess bar talent. Maybe the service improves if you pay 3 times the FL rate.
Unfortunately the little Viet princess returned to Vietnam for Chinese new year and her cambo sim card has been dead for the past 3 weeks. So maybe she is still in Vietnam and not yet returned to Phnom Penh. Pity, hehehe.

Posts: 60Thanks for posting this up. Too bad some people were judging you for it. But I hope no one's afraid to write even about his own mistakes for fear of being flamed. Because it could happen to the best of us when we put our guard down. Good reminder for the rest of us.

A bellhop ran after us as we entered the elevator. Demanded to know my room number. I provided a wildly off-number one. Wouldn't have doubted if the moron knocked on two dozen doors trying to track me down. Soooo, No. 1, I'm soliciting advice if our fair readers (ya, ya RTFF) if PP is worth the trip, and 2. If major precautions are still needed in the nicer hotels.

Can anyone recommend the best place to discreetly engage in our hobby that doesn't require more than an hour or so? Can't go back to the hotel for obvious reasons.
From reading the forum I'm guessing either a massage place (anyone have any specific examples?) or club Cyrcee and a short time hotel are my best bets. My hotel is about 1 km south of the riverside so I'm guessing Tuk Tuks are my best option.
Thanks in advance!
