Naga is not that strict on it. I'm basing this on walking in there in jeans and a t-shirt a few weeks ago.

This isn't really a report as I didn't get a girl from there but I saw one Viet girl there. She came over to where I was with my friend and probably wanted to chat but left soon after. Saw her several times after I lost my huge stake of 40 bucks on the 1 cent machines. I got the feeling that picking up is more than possible there. Better at night maybe.

I am talking about local girls. Foreigners can walk in with their bra and underwear for all they care. I have seen in many high class hotels european girls walk in with backpacker clothings and nobody cared.

One girl I took to the Casino told me this because she was refused entry one time there.

Well, I'm glad to see that people actually were paying attention to my posts! I'd like to make a few comments about the park between 106th and 108th Street. Yes, I can definitely agree that this kind of place isn't for beginners. I admit that I have no experience mongering in Phnom Penh, but I do have a lot of experience mongering in China, so I know how these things work. And trust me, it is way harder to monger in China than Cambodia.

That particular park I mentioned isn't for beginners, but I have to admit that it wouldn't be too hard for a beginner to try it out. The mama-san I was talking to spoke really good English, and all the girls were easy to approach. It wasn't hard at all to negotiate what I wanted. I guess that park would be a little intimidating for beginners, but not necessarily difficult for beginners.

The park does look kind of seedy, and there were lots of shadowy-looking people lurking around, but I did go alone, and I didn't run into any trouble. Just monger there at your own risk, but be alert at all times. I only went to that park one time, and there was a pack of four freelancers, two of which looked pretty young and fuckable, and two others that looked like they were in their early forties and not very fuckable.

And yes, the motorcycle ride from that park to 51st Street would be far if you were walking, but it's only like 2 minutes by motorcycle. Phnom Penh isn't a very big city, and you can easily drive from one end of the Riverfront to the other in only a few minutes.

And while we're talking about Hun Sen Park, I went there three times around 9 PM looking for freelancers, and not one time did I see anyone that even slightly resembled a freelancer. All I saw was a bunch of families and couples sitting around doing nothing.

Same in every country. Payment up front is how they always get you.

They could be strict in dress codes but some rooms are haunted! My friend and I went last November and both of us had some very bad experience in the room in the middle of the night. Even the girls left before they got their money.

Always see lots of girls on the other side of the road. Some are wearing nice dresses and pretty. Do not know if they have a mamasan or local pimp. Few times I got out of the tuk tuk little away from the entrance to the casino and walked. I got lots of smiles and come ons. But to go and meet them as a foreigner will stick out like a sore thumb. Having said that I am sure some gamblers either staying in the casino hotel or those who made money must be picking them up. Otherwise why would they wait there? It is like a carnival atmoshere there with lots of local including kids. Naga casino is very strict on dress code. This explains why the girls are well dressed.

I've never picked up at the parks, but this is what I've heard and observed.

There are a few parks and streets where FLs hang out at. A good moto-dope should be able to take you to all these places.

"Anyone" should refer to newbies. IMO, it'll be OK if you're experienced.

It'll be rough because:

1) You pay the pimp beforehand for their services.

2) Hence you will have more chances for them to skip out on you. This is unlikely from Martinis or hostess bars where you have more recourse. Funny example: I saw 3 locals grab this FL and hold her for a refund. It seems that 3 locals paid a pimp, money for 2 girls. They both tried to skip; one got away, but they got one.

3) From hearsay, been told that the girls are not trustworthy. They might try to steal from you. Many working girls will try to steal from you, but logically, there should be a higher percentage of FLs from parks that will try to screw you over.

4) During late at night, the parks are not crowded. Some criminal elements are probably around. Cambodia is very safe when there are a lot of people around.

Naga casino is very strict on dress code. This explains why the girls are well dressed.

Except for foreigners. Many foreigners (including myself) dress like shit!

I am sorry to hear about your So-So Mongering Experiences so far in Phnom, Captain. It was a bold move to look for FL's in the park. I have never found anybody worthy in these locations, but you can't knock a guy for trying. I think you need to change your game plan just a little. I have three suggestions: the first is go back to Walkabout and pay the BJ girl $20 (or $25 if she won't come down) for the full service plan. You say you liked her and she was attractive, so I think you will have a better time the 2nd time around. Tell her you really like her and want to make love to her three times. Also why use the ST Hotels? I suggest you take her back to your hotel, treat her good, have some booze in the room and she should stay for multiple shots. Give her a tip if she shows you a good time. My second suggestion is head over to 104st and check out a few bars over there. Find the most attractive girl or girls you can find, buy her a beer, and if she passes the interview; take her back to your hotel again, for multiple shots. Tell the girl what you want before you take her out of the bar. My experience with Phnom Penh bar girls is you get what you ask for except anal. Khmer girls are pretty nice IMHO. Just be friendly, treat them right and you will get a lot back in return. My third suggestion if all else fails, is go to Martini's around 11 – midnight. Good luck! Do they have any good rooms at all? I've stayed in a couple over the years and they were all pretty awful. Better by far to stay next door at the Blue Tongue. Same owner but newly refurnished and very nice.

i discovered this park my accident on my first trip to pp. was walking through at dusk one evening with a friend and we passed a few groups of nice looking girls (but some possibly ****d?) but we were on our way to meet some people so we didn't stop and ask about rates etc.

i then went back on about three occasions but didn't find any decent looking girls. so it seems to be a bit pot luck of who is there on any given day. maybe it's more active at weekends?

there is definitely a slight edgy atmosphere to the place at night, with pimps and other dubious characters hovering around. probably best to walk through with someone else rather than alone.

i also tried cruising at night with a moto driver round the park surrounding what phnom, but the few girls there were distinctly in the older age range and also surrounded by pimps. not very appealing.

Hell yes I am paying attention and I am taking good notes for my trip in March. I really appreciate how you are laying everything out. You are making it very easy for me. The park sounds like my kind of place. Not sure how far it really is because I have never been there, but it seems like going from 106 ST to 51 ST for a room is a long ass way.

The Walkabout Hotel is Austrailian owned. Lotsa Assies & Kiwis hangin' out. A few Brits & Americans. I never did run into any Canuks, while I was there. It's only $15-$25 / night. There are 10-20 FreeLancers in the bar at all times. Restaurant & ATM on sight.

The rooms have fridge, TV w / American movies, A / C, cieling fan, private bath w / hot shower, Queen size bed. Note: Get the most expensive room available.

You must be able to walk up & down flights of stairs, no elevator.

They have a great website. Airport P / U recommended. The resident mongers & the hotel driver can give you info on ANY pussy requirements.
