Toul kok aka la rue des petites fleurs has totally change in the last 6 years. Wood shack brothels has been demolished, the dusty road is now almost an higway. The coffee shops that offer the extras are not the ones you are talking about. They are just a few shops back from the riverside in the same area as the brothels that you just mentioned.

They look like a few small tables out front or inside (about 4) with 4 chairs around each. The Coffee well I like it, cafe sua the or cafe sua nong. Filter coffer with condensed milk either hot or with ice.

To find out the locations of any area, I would suggest you hire a moto-dope (or a tuk tuk) for couple of hours. Make him drive around and show you all the brothels.

If you live there, it probably would be a good idea to know some trusted local drivers (hard to find though, but if they know they can't rip you off, they will treat you decently).
