First night of two in Phnom Penh and arrived at NagaWorld at midnight. No time to go anywhere but Darlin' Darlin' and so I did.

Pontoon is open til 3 and then pontoon vibe around the corner til 6 I think. Pontoon vibe is much like thermae bkk and you will find many darlin darlings there for less. I was there 3 weeks ago and was surprised at the amount of poon I saw.

But what to do? I didn't want to leave her in my room with all my stuff. Yeah, all the real valuables and money were in the safe, but a lot of other stuff was available for the taking. Finally, I came up with the brilliant plan (if I do say so myself) to put her clothes in the safe! And so I did. Had a good breakfast and came up and she was still sound asleep!

Yes, girl friendly, nice hotel. But when I was there last year, I saw cockroaches in the bathroom as they are entering from the drain.

Hope they have addressed that since.

WTF. This hotel looks nice and the reviews are amazing. One of the highest rated hotels in the area on all sites. Maybe I'll double book for a night and check it out.

Yes, the place was hopping and crowded, perhaps 50% Cambodian guys and the rest foreigners. I spent some time talking and drinking with a few Australians and a Canadian. They all say that yes, this is the most expensive place in PP, but the girls are the prettiest.

And the girls are definitely very pretty. After an hour talking with the guys and looking, I started getting serious and made a few quick walks through the place to try to get some targets. After a couple misses, I settled on Ah Ching. She was very pretty, very thin Cambodian girl with a big smile on her face, which was what attracted me to her. Besides that model figure. We talked and drank and then had some negotiations outside; though the band was solid they were way too loud (and occasionally horribly off key! She wouldn't budge on $150 LT and I was ok with that.

Upstairs, she was great at first. We had great introduction making out and then showered separately and then more bedtime activity with her giving me a solid BBBJ. She covered me up with one of the rubbers I brought and then got on board with some nice riding and then I got on top and then finally finished with a doggie bang. I was tired and we slept. Though she did mention that her grandfather was sick in the hospital and would I like to go visit him with her? What now? Yes, she said. NO, I said! It was kind of funny, but also a little annoying.

So we went to sleep and then I woke up early of course because of jet lag and she was sound asleep. Finally it was almost 2 and I had it. I was no longer even wanting to get one more morning shot in; hell it was even morning anymore. So I started shaking her again and she finally started waking up more; especially when I told her it was 2 pm. She started asking about a tip or a present (my spare portable phone battery) and I almost blew up. No morning sex and the inconvenience of her sleeping so late and she had the audacity to ask for extra. Pretty funny now, but I wasn't too happy then.

Anyone know if Point Boutique Hotel on Street 130 is girl friendly with no joiner fee?

Yes, girl friendly, nice hotel. But when I was there last year, I saw cockroaches in the bathroom as they are entering from the drain.

At 252 the sign was on the reception counter. I saw both these signs as I walked in. Though if you are saying that I can pay $7 and just ignore the sign than I will try that next time.

I have never seen a sign at 252. Is it possible that some punters are taking tukuks there and the driver is calling ahead to get commission, then the staff quickly stick a bogus sign on the desk?

As with any other purchase in SEA, just let them know that you know the price, flinch if they ask for more and after politely giving them the opportunity to climb down walk if necessary.

As to getting a lower price next time, the main benefit of getting it right the first time is that is that generally you will always pay the same thereafter.

The issue here, and the issue with the scene in Cambodia, is that these women are not remotely worth more than around $7+25. I completely understand guys paying $50 for great service from stunners but that is not what we are talking about here. And $7 for that quality of st room is more than enough.

That's a good deal with the Hotel. I've stayed at Riverside Suites and Grand Mekong and paid a lot more.

Rooms look nice too. And I take it form your report its girl friendly. No hassles bring girls up to your loom?

Apologies for the delay in responding. I usually write a report and then forget that I ever did. No issues with bringing girls up in vacation boutique hotel, though admittedly I did get a small discount on the room as I frequently book through agoda and it was on promotion. I think the regular rate for that room is $40 per night.

I was in PP about 3 weeks ago for 2 nights, I did not have time to hit up everything but will report on what I did manage to see. I stayed at Vacation Boutique Hotel for about $35 USD per night, great hotel, really nice rooms and showers, the smoking room with a balcony came with robes and great air conditioning. The only drawback is there is no elevator so it is a bit of a pain getting up and down the stairs, but probably one of the best hotels I've stayed in for that price.

The house fee at 252 Massage is $7. It's not 10 or 15, but if you volunteer they will gladly take the extra money. If you ask what the price is in English they will probably make something up based on what they think they can get from you.

I've posted this information more than once: it has just been ignored.

Another point that should be made is that if a punter agrees to pay $10 or $15 for the room it's no wonder the girl will try to hold out for a ridiculous amount for herself.

As to current prices, I have heard of people paying $30 or more, even $80, but they perform perfectly well for the $25 that I give them, price current as of today when I got excellent service 'from soup to nuts' you might say.

I don't post much here, as I don't get there as often as I like. On that note, will be in Siem Reap, Phnom Penh and maybe Sihanoukville. Have set up some dares already, but would like to meet up and have a beer with some members!

In Cambodia and Vietnam if you don't know the going rate they will ask for whatever they think they can get from you.

There is no place called "massa" in Phnom Penh. That's the way Khmer people say massage. The place on Street 252 is called "252 Massage". There's even a big sign in front of the place in English.

The house fee at 252 Massage is $7. It's not 10 or 15, but if you volunteer they will gladly take the extra money. If you ask what the price is in English they will probably make something up based on what they think they can get from you.

Local guys, Chinese, Japanese and Western expats who speak the language pay 30-50 to the girls. Tourists pay whatever the girls can get out of them.

Other fish bowls in the city charge $6-8. Only one charges 10, and that's in Luxury World. But again, most places will ask whatever they think they can get out of people. That's how it works in this part of the world.

I am going to Phnom first time late July / early August. Now I booked the Sun&Moon hotel. I saw it first on one of those 'girlfriendly hotel' websites. Got good review there so I checked tripdvisor etc. Where it got nice reviews as well plus I liked the rooms / and look of it all.

However I just saw one of the bangkok112 vids https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iI7bfm2gCLI at 06:30 it states it's not girlfriendly and a 10 $ fee applies for a guest. Anyone stayed recently and can fill me in on it?

I was in PP about 3 weeks ago for 2 nights, I did not have time to hit up everything but will report on what I did manage to see. Day 1:

During the day I went to 2 fishbowl style massage places. First was Mean Haur hotel, located at the NW corner of intersection St. 122 and St. 221. I went at around 4 or 5 pm and there was about 18 girls to choose from. Viets have a green badge and Cambos have a red badge. There was only 1 Viet. The talent wasn't all that great, the majority of them older and they looked quite happy they had a customer as I was the only one there. I stood there for a few minutes but could not get excited about the lineup and left. You have to pay $10 for massage and then negotiate with the girl while in the room. Did not partake.

Went over to Massa 252, located NW of the Independence Monument on St 252. Here the lineup was similar to Mean Haur with a few Viets and the rest Cambos. Probably about 12 girls, but there were other customers around and seemed more popular than Mean Haur. I ended up taking a Cambo girl whose name escapes me. They charged $15 for massage, which I thought was pricey, rooms were quite basic but had a shower (or hose). In the room, massage was crap, and she offered extras. Asked me $80 for boom boom and $60 for a BJ. I quickly said no to those levels and it seemed she did not want to come down from her initial offer. I held me ground and low balled her for $20ST. We sat there for 30 minutes and could not come to an agreement, throughout all this I was playful and joking around with her, but I know prices aren't that high. After 30 mins of bargaining, which really just killed the mood, she finally came down to 40, which I still thought was really high but caved as it had been a long day. Honestly, if she didn't come down in price I was ready to just sit there to wind down my hour because it was raining. BBBJ was pretty good and we had a decent session (very tight) before heading to the showers. She was quite sexy and playful but for the life of me I can't remember her name. For those of you who said I paid too much, yes you are correct, how on earth you get girls for cheaper than that – I applaud you. 30 straight, no fun, minutes of bargaining. 30!

Hit up the bars on 104 at night. The best I found was Oscars as it had the best looking girls. In particular, Aka and Aga, cousins whom I bought drinks for. Aka was really hot and Aga was the cuter of the two, super super tiny, looked a little [CodeWord902]. I was chatting with Aka, and was introduced to her mother (who also works at the bar, I almost spit my drink out. The family affair will be a recurring theme. Played pool with the girls and after we sat down, found out that Aka does not barfine, and since I had showed so much interest in her, Aga wasn't quite as receptive. Again, my mistake as I should've immediately found out if Aka will BF. I've learned that if the girl isn't giving you a good vibe, than don't BF her no matter how good she looks. So I walked away empty handed. Went to a few more bars on 136 but nothing really noteworthy and retired.

Day2:

Hit up the markets and Golden Soriya mall. At GS mall, there's a few restaurants opposite a few of the girly bars where girls hang out during the day. Played pool with a few of them, generally just enjoying the relaxed atmosphere. The girl I was playing pool with, introduced me to her brother and we had a few games of pool. It was a bit odd as clearly I wasn't interested in the brother LOL. Around 7 pm I walked across the street to Plan be bar. 3 girls immediately latch onto me, all quite good looking and young. Turned to the best looking one and asked immediately if she BF'D and she said yes. OK you get a lady drink. Had a good time with her in the bar, playing pool, and joking around. Then it was bargain time. 45 minutes of bargaining! 45! I remained playful and all smiles the whole time, but she started out at $60ST and $100 LT, WTF. Thought PP was suppose to be cheap. My final bid was $35ST and $45 LT with a $5 tip if she was really fantastic. She debated this bid for like 15 minutes. Asked all the other girls in the bar if she should go with me LOL. In the end she accepted, thank god, it was a tug of war for a long time, its not exactly how I want things to start out. All the girls at the bar told me she never went for that low, no idea what to believe. Anyways, back in the room, we showered separately (no big deal) and I gave her a robe – a note on this, if your room has robes give her one, she'll really appreciate it as most of the girls are shy right out of the shower (in most SE Asian countries) and it'll really warm and soften her up, I've tried this tactic mongering across 5 cities and it never fails. She was total GFE and treated me really well. BBBJ and pretty much good with everything other than anal, no CIM though but didn't ask. Total sweetheart. Shot 4 x and she wanted to stay, seemed like she wanted to stay all day, but I had a flight to catch and had to kick her out at noon. Exchanged contact with her and she still messages me.

So my thoughts to wrap up. PP is a little hit and miss. Its wise to find out if the girl BF's quickly, even before you buy her a lady drink if you can. I felt like each place I went it was never a sure thing, so point and click folks may not like the scene. I wish I had another night to go check Pontoon club because I love picking up freelancers. One thing I did read was that Cambo girls don't like giving BJ's, but also read that its really cheap – this was opposite of what I found. I don't think I did particularly well at Massa ($40ST) but OK with the bargirl ($50 LT, 15 hours and 4 shots). Maybe others can chime in with prices, both girls were about 22 or 23.

Question for veteran mongers: in these cases, have you ever witnessed what is called "reversion to the mean" in destinations you have visited? I am always reading reports about crackdowns, and MSM stories that report them after the fact. But, politicians come and go. And news gets old. And maybe the action moves elsewhere, though not always far. Sometimes nefarious activities are allowed to resume, albeit quietly. Some Vblogger made the comment that in Cambodia it is always one step forward followed another step backwards. Any attempt to make "progress" in one direction is eventually undermined by internal politics and things end up back to to the way they were. Comments?

I have not been back to China for a few years but my colleagues tell me that Maggies is back in action but super expensive compared to the past. Prices are over the top. Getting any p4 p action costs a lot in China these days so they do not bother and take trips to AC, PP and Pattaya. My understanding is that the KTV scene is also truly dead and buried and the only action up is via online. China is a thing of the past.

So I suspect that the reversion back is not going to happen there. I am sure over time PP will also become more sterile but how long that takes is anyone's guess. For now PP still has some cheap and very nice girls to sample.

In the local $3 massage places a lot of women will do FS for $10-30. Thirty is actually on the high side. $3 massage price included.

In the 5 fish bowl places including on the one on 252 often mentioned here the price is $30-40.

If you don't mind, can you be more specific on where these places are or the names of the places so I can Google map them. Is the place on 252 named 252 massage? Will be heading back to PP for my next Thailand Visa run. PM is fine as well. Thank you.
