For what that hotel charges, it should include "model level" companions. LOL Being a 5* property, it might not be guest friendly. That means either no guests allowed or an extra charge. My policy is to email the hotels directly and ask if I can bring a guest back to my room overnight and if there is any extra charge (indicating that I have reserved a room for two). I've always gotten straight answers from the hotels. And, I've printed out the hotel's response just in case there is a problem later.

As for location, the Rosewood is not in the best area for mongering activities. The best area would be along the Riverside and on Streets 104, 110, 130, 136, and 172. Most of the hotels in that area are 2 and 3 star. If you are looking for a 4 or 5 star hotel with ladies available, you might consider Naga World Hotel and Casino. It's a huge complex with inhouse KTV and lots of nice looking (and expensive) freelancers in the hotel bars and club.

I am staying at the Sun & Moon Urban hotel, nestled in amongst many lady bars. No lack of young ladies in the bars, but I brought a Cambodian lady with me. Next time, I come alone, for sure.

Hello Everyone.

I was planning my trip to Cambodia after 5 -6 days in Pattaya booked the TAO suite. Last trip pre covid was great in PP even though I was much more overweight then. However it seems that after covid19 things have changed in PP. I have had a hard time in Pattaya too cause I'm also Indian but was manageable. PP was still good. But recent reports have really made me concerned about PP especially since this will be the last time I will be visiting these destinations. Should I just ditch Pp and extend my stay in Pattaya? How bad is it in PP compared to Thailand?

Will also spend a few days in Malaysia, visiting a friend.

Firstly many thanks to BB, Racshack and Blanquiceleste. I really appreciate the advice and sharing.

In pre-Covid times I would roll my eyes at yet another "is the hotel GF" ask when the answer is always simply RTFF. However where we are now, for the time being at least it's a very different landscape than it was in 2019, so the more we can help each other navigate the new landscape the better. Communalism rather than individualism I guess.

I've got a great deal on a suite in Sun and Moon so I will check with the hotel as RacShack suggested and report back. And if I can dodge Covid from now until the my departure I'll post my experiences. First time out of Singapore for 3 years. Can't wait.

I contacted Sun and Moon to inquire about their current policies. FYI, below is the response I received.

"Unregistered Guest / Visitor Policy.

For security reasons the joiner / unregistered guest must register at front desk with his / her original ID card or passport. No copies are accepted. This identification document will be kept and sign the visitor form at the Front Office during his / her stay with SUN & MOON. The identification document will be returned upon check out, after confirmation by in-house guest via internal phone call.

-Unregistered guest must be above 18 years old and he / she will stay at his / her own risk and hotel management will not take any responsibility in any case of dispute, lost, damage or any injuries.

-Unregistered guest fee will be charged at USD 10.00 net without breakfast (Fee for towels, amenities etc.) unless guest book for double occupancy.

-Unregistered guest breakfast will be charged extra at USD 12.00 net per person.

-Vaccination Card will be required upon arrival (all kind of guests) and STRONGLY need to temperature test and other rollout SOP. ".

It seems like a potential hassle in the event the girl doesn't have all required info so I'm going to look for another place. Thanks for info.

No, it wasn't those places I considered affordable. I'm talking about big complexes with saunas and baths. The ones I go to are all around BKK3. There is half a dozen of them over there. A massage is usually $10 and extras vary from $30 to $70 in my experience.

So as discussed, could you share some names and locations of these places?

I'm intrigued as to what you mean by that. Where were the hostess bars, what were they called?

The term "Hostess Bars" merely refers to the girly bars you will find on several side streets off the riverside (Preah Sisowath Quay) like 104st, 130st, and 136st. They are small bars usually with 5 to 25 girls. Just walk down these side streets after 8:30 pm and you will find lots of friendly faces. It is entertaining.

Back in 2002 my favorite Hostess Bar was Rose Bar on 104st. I had many good times in there. I think Rose Bar is still open. Check it out as well as the other bars on the above mentioned side streets. Lineups change week to week, month to month, so I have no idea which bars have the prettiest girls right now. You just have to go there and find out. The set up is a little like Soi 6 in Pattaya only Phnom Penh hostess bar girls are for take out except the buy me drink only hostess girls which we have been talking about recently and are generally a waste of time and money.

I remember back in 2015 I met this very sexy girl in Oasis Bar on 136st. I spent a lot of time with her and tried every thing I knew, applied all my charm and game, to get her to go to my hotel with me on several nights and all I got from her was a lot of in bar DFK, dirty dancing, tittie palming, under the table mutual groping & dick massages, and a large bar tab, 555, but she never let me shag her. But I still love her. Ha Ha Ha. The lesson I learned: don't waste a lot of time or money on buy me drink only hostess girls no matter how sexy cute they are.

I know of 2 of these places but I'm sure there are more. The girls are from VN and seem to be in their early 20's. Fun experience but with my budget it's nothing I can do too often. I used to go to Massa quite often where I paid $10 for the massage and usually 30-40 bucks to the girl. Unfortunately they closed that place during the pandemic. There were also a few similar places in hotels, found the addresses online, but these didn't seem to survive COVID either. Cyrcee is usually fun but last time I went in the talent was not there. I rebooked my flight to the Philippines and am leaving here 4 days earlier than planned. I will take a small loss on the hotel, but so be it- there is no point in staying here. If you are a monger who likes sex, you should not come.

Last night after several nights of poor experiences I decided to go out not with the intention of trying to shoot my shot, but just to gather observations and experience the scene from a perspective without the urgency of trying to cum. I canvassed 118,130 and 136 street in totality, stopping at every bar and chatting and observing the ladies in the front for at least a few minutes, or going inside for a drink either by myself or with a lady of my choosing. The results of this were not good.

What I discovered is that Phnom Penh is not a mongering destination, but more a destination for people who like to buy drinks for destitute Cambodian girls and have awkward conversations in google translate that are difficult at best and boring and pointless at worst. I don't fault these girls for trying to make a living and doing what they can do to make a few bucks, but please lets not call them sex workers. And here several Board Members will protest- but RS I've been laid many times in PP. Yes, and the last time I was here 3 years ago I got laid as well- many times and it was great.

But, please let me continue. First of all, the quality of looks in all these girls is poor across the board- my slow and careful inspection last night revealed very few viable options. The girls that do look good will be very very young which presents two problems- firstly they will almost surely not go with you for Boom Boom, second- if they do they will perform poorly due to inexperience and shyness. Let me quickly add that I am not a bad looking dude- I'm fit and decent looking and dress well. The issue is not that I am an unfuckable monster. Furthermore, I like deepthroat, CIM, and other kinky things that these girls haven't the first clue about. When I relate these concerns to the mamasans, they will say of course they have plenty of open minded, experienced girls that will go with you for boom boom, and then proceed to usher over an old frumpy looking girl or two who surely have experience but would not be anything I would want to pay money for...

Sad to hear that you had such a bad experience. I do understand your troubles though, it is very annoying when the girl suddenly is starting to act up when you're trying to take her out of the bar. That has still only happened 4-5 times to me which might be 25% of the times I've tried to take a girl out of the bar.

So while it can be very tricky at times, I don't think telling people to stay away from Phnom Penh is fair. There is plenty of sex to be had but it's just a bit different than Thailand and The Philippines. You can always ask the other staff in the bar as well which of the girls would like to go. They're not shy to help a friend out. VIP rooms can be a lot of fun as well if you have some cash to splurge. That does require some connections though which is not easy to find.

I just spent a week in Cambodia after a month in Thailand and came to the opposite conclusion. What do people say is better about Cambodia, I just can't see it no matter how hard I look and ask? Conversely I had a great time in Thailand and am having a great time on Philippines, getting more sex in 24 hours here in Angeles than 1 week in PP.
