If you travel in High season the airfare will be around $2000 incuding trip from BKK to PNH. Low season prices will be approx $1200.
In USA it is impossible to get $40 full service in any city. Unless you are into drug crazed,filthy, disease ridden crack ho.
Realistic price for ST around $150-$200. Usually these girls are you meet in the bar or Asian massage places. Budgetwise Asian trip will work if you travel for atleast 2-3 weeks.
Any asian trip I have taken even if I budget very well will run into $4000 for a month including total expenses from airfare,hotel, food, drinks, girls etc.

Never been to Phoenix so can't comment, although if they are nice lookers for $40, then count me in.

As for air fare: RT tickets for me from my home town to PP is running about $2500 if I book now for a trip 1-2 months away. So depending on where you are flying from PP is a very expensive option(like for me). In fact, it would be cheaper for me to fly to BKK and then book a separate ticket to PP using one of the local airlines there, but that requires more time wasted.

BTW: I was in PP last year and the place was almost dead. Not exactly the same place I read about over the years.

I just got back from one month of a Cambodian adventure. From my experiences, you really need travel with a Cambodian friend. I got into many of the places that usually are only there for Cambodians.

You got to love restaurants that as you enter there are a bevy of beautiful ladies waiting for you to take them to your table and then negotiate for more. The Karaoke places can also be fun if the moment is right.

So, if you find your self in Cambodia, find yourself someone to show you around. It will be well worth it.

I haven’t seen any fire exit, though I may have missed it if it does exist, there’re only the 2 small doors at the entrance from what I’ve seen, hardly enough to save the few poor souls closer to them if there was a fire inside.

I can confirm that what Gladiator is saying is true. There are at least 3 or 4 brothels on 63rd street between 184 and 178. Most are on the east side of the street, but there's at least one on the west side.

They're easy to spot. Just walk past at night and wait for the touts to jump up and rush towards you, yelling "Massage! Boom boom!"

I really dislike this approach (and male touts in general) so I never checked out these places. No idea about price or selection.

About LCC - the girls ask for $20 ST, but it isn't hard to get them agree to $15.

When I went they quoted me $25 for an in-house ST (one pop), but that obviosly included the bike driver's commission, I'd be surprised if the rate was higher than $15, but has anyone had any experience there and knows the real (commission free) going rate that you'd get if you go on your own?

I mean, you can get easily nice girls for $25 ST's at hostess bars ($20 + $5 BF), so those low end brothels must be much cheaper for sure.
