Well, you would in any case have to observe great care not only to delete temporary copies of these pics and the originals, you also have to wipe them.
Option 1: Encrypt your Mobile's staorage card (needs extra software) so that anything on this card is automatically encrypted.

Option 2: Use a laptop, download the pics, compress the pictures in encrypted *.exe or *.zip files, then wipe the Original pictures and wipe (not format) the camera's storage card.

Either way, if you want certain data not to be found on your gadgets it'll take a bit more than just uploading them - the upload process could be easily compromised, unless you use a VPN.

Vista with BitLocker is Okay, but although no one can view the pictures the presence of such files is obvious, and all it needs is your password.
