Pretty active sort of guy so a beach side location is more my cup of tea but have got 12 nights to kill around June / July next year (yeah I know I plan a long way off) so what's on offer during the day?

Or would you suggest 6 nts in PP and 6 nts in Sihanouk?

Coming from HCM. Thinking either PP or Phuket? Ideas? Friend of mine saying Vung Tau but quantity and mongering options seem a bit limited here?

Lots to do besides mongering, at least if you are a first timer. If one lives there all this might sound like an absolute waste of time, but there is a novelty factor for a first timer.

2. Kep Beach and Kampot.

3. Siem Reap and Battambang. Prasat Preah Vihar. Banteay Chhmar.

4. From Phnom Penh as base, Killing Fields. Kompong Cham and Kratie. Stung Treng and Ban Lung.

Fuck all to do during the day in PP. If you are hankering for beachside forget Cambodia. Sihanoukville has officially changed it's name to Chinaville. Place is absolutely fucked. I lived there for 8 years and left 3 months ago. If you re coming from Saigon, why not Pattaya? Plenty of options there and closer than Phuket. VT is another option but mongering is not nearly so simple as PP or Pattaya. For a newbie it can be a bit of a hassle and relatively expensive. Not a problem if you are on the type of budget the allows for $150 STs though.

If you do go to VT let us know what you think. I may have a look in December for the first time in 15 years!

I'm a little shocked reading the donations and I'm usually the guy overpaying. But when I was in PP a year a half ago I found a hot girl in a beer bar (I know that's hard to believe but she was a needle in the haystack) and after a couple hours of pool games she told me "$40 I go with you. Is it me or are Khmer girl's bodies much different then their Thai friends? I noticed every girl (even the 'older' ones) have rock hard bodies. A Thai girl body seems to get quickly worse with the years but every time I had a girl here in PP I'm surprised by how firm they are.

I stopped by for a few days again here and I do prefer other countries for fun. The younger girls are shy as hell in bed and hardly know what to do- even if they had a baby so you would think they know how it works but I feel it's hard to get decent nights in bed with a lot of the girls as they just don't seem to be very active (the starfish kind). Some weeks ago I was in Pontoon. Quit with girls and almost only 4-5 rating girls. A few hot ones dancing together but totally not interested in any man.
