i seem to recall reading this was a gray area. try googling this. i think some guy did this and got off on a technicality in court. i may be wrong, but 17 vs 19? does not sound worth it to me, even if you win in court, lose your visa, pay court costs and potentially your job if that is how you get there. easier ways to get off thank you

you need to be very careful to avoid doing something illegal if you are a us citizen. just having an interaction with her about having sex, over the internet, if she is under 16 (and you are taking her word for it, which doesn't cover your butt legally if she is younger) could put you in legal jeopardy in the usa. and they confirep001e laptops at the border without a warrant and check all your data, so if you have evidence of such conversations you could be screwed without even screwing her if they dig up such interactions.

there is no upside to hooking up with girls in china who are even close to those ages. you could find yourself in a jail in the usa trying to prove that the girl is not a minor. see us federal laws: {chapter 117, 18 usac. 2422 (be) } and {chapter 117, 18 usac. 2423 (be) }. also, {chapter 109a. 18 usac. 2243 (a) } which states that the only age of consent rules that matter for purposes of these other laws is the us federal rules (complicated rules that in your context appears to be 16). these references come from a quick wikipedia search, i'm not a lawyer. but if you pursue young girls, you probably need a lawyer.

On my iPhone I have something called altimeter China made by BIT Knights and it gives you latitude and longitude coordinates.

Yes, that's right as Google has changed their api policy, and which means other programs can only get a certain amount of hits to the translator before

It becomes pay for usage. Thus 3rd party programs have switched to using Bing.

This is why I use two, and including Google translate as some times I find it shits itself, thus a backup is good when you have a girl in a taxi smsing
