The naked KTV was definately a fun start to the evening and Old Asia Hand did have a handful with his Chinese Tiger. Sammy thanks for this great experience and for your knowledge of talent of the girls. I will follow your advice religiously in regards to the girls. I also enjoyed Maggies and Sunday is definately a better day than Friday and Saturday. The high prices were not seen on Sunday. Still plenty of talent with out the crowds of men looking.

The story that happend to you happened to many. It's as prevalent as the "tea house" or "art students" scams. There is a simple way to avoid it: Under no circumstances, never ever follow the invitations of a guy. If one knocks at your door, throw him out. Don't follow a tout. Don't even follow a girl to an apartment if you don't know her. Follow these rules, and you are safe.

Maggie's OTOH is one of the safest, if not the safest place for mongering in all of China. Again, simple reasons: All girls there are independent operators, no mama- or papasans involved. Being admitted to Maggies for work is a privilege that has to be earned and maintained. If a regular at Maggies complains about a girl to the security head or the manager, that girl's career is history. Maggie's security is a superbly trained small army.

I've been going to Maggie's since it was at the Worker's stadium, and I never ever had a scene as described. In the contrary, I receive birthday cards (and sometimes -gifts) from the girls. My wife received a (superbly home-made) dress from Maggie's bargirls as a birthday present. Never has anything been stolen. All, including and especially Lara, are at their best behavior. Some even make up the bed and clean the room.

However, I treat them with respect, and as the fine human beings they are. Maybe that makes a difference.

I told her that I was not going to argue with anymore and I would like to call my friend to come to help us to settle the issue. She said “Fine, you can call police if you want.” But, when I found my phone and tried to make a call to my local friend, she completely went nuts. She jumped up and down either trying to grab my cell phone or trying to hit me. She took that glass of tea that she made for me and threat to pour out. She surely prepared. She even made a weapon for the scam. Then the door bell rang again, a rough looking guy came and asked what was going on. I knew they were together. There was no point of explaining anything to him. I told him that everything was ok, just some misunderstanding between us. I would like to ask my friend to come over. He was on his way and would be here in a few minutes. After I said to him, I made a call to my friend again, asked him where he was, and told him my room number. After he realized that did ask someone to come over, they left the room.. Later my friend came and helped me to check out the hotel. I didn’t know what would have happened if I hadn’t had a friend to call that night.

I have to say, I love the current Maggie's set-up. Smaller, much like the Gongti roadhouse. I always liked the new venue, but in its current, Maggie's Lite stage, I really dig it. Noted to Zhuren that I was more interested in nailing the various members of the Maggie's staff than any of those in attendance. And if I had to pick one woman over all the others, I would choose the female bartender. Oh dear, she makes me think unclean thoughts.

I agree that Maggies is better than the Pig....but the Pig is good for the people that can't stand loud music, crowdy places and are OK with less supply.

I got a phone number on Friday night while drinking at the "Pig" and called her today for an afternoon Session.
