I've never been to Maggie's during New Year, but I've been in Beijing in New Year's before, and I've got to say it doesn't seem likely to be very busy, especially on the third day of New Year's. A lot of spas will be shut down as both technicians and clients have traveled back home for New Year's, and a good share of the people still in town are Beijingers with family coming in to visit them.

I think I'd heard that one of the ladies at Wonderful Massage will be in town during the New Year's, though of course full service is not on the club menu, so YMMV.
