North China - Beijing

Checked the place out from the classifieds recently. Here's my quick breakdown:

No problem finding the place, fairly centrally located. Communications via Wechat no problem at all. It is a two bed, one bath apartment. Meaning no real privacy if there is more than one customer, and certainly no waiting place if both rooms are occupied. Call ahead first! They only have 3 girls to choose from, so while I usually don't go into specific provider reviews as I strongly believe in YMMV and am used to having a much larger selection in the Shanghai sauna scene, in this case I will.

Apartment is easy enough to find, although the elevator can be a bit confusing (you'll understand if you go). The welcome was anything but warm and comforting, I was greeted by a girl in a robe showing no emotion at all and led to a little area to change my shoes and then to the bedroom, it wasn't until then that I realized the emotionless girl that greeted me was to be my provider (yes, I preselected her). Anyway, Summer looks nothing like her pictures IMHO, perhaps because she cut her hair, but I don't know. However I have no doubt it was the same girl. I chose the body-to-body massage with BBJ. Summer actually has a great touch and provided a very comfortable, relaxing oil massage and just sensuous enough to keep things interesting (I would compare her touch to WenLi, for those of you that know her in Shanghai). You also quoted google I believe, the same google you said listed it as 22 mins, which you now change to 16 mins after I point out the actual google distance. Now you are stating that all humans walk at 5 mph speed. Clearly that is wrong isn't it? People are different heights, different ages, different physical conditions etc. An out of condition 160 cm, short, fat guy will obviously walk slower than a 187 cm, tall guy who works out. Saying all humans walk at 5 mph is like suggesting a young Mongolian girl would do the walk in high heels at the same speed as Usain Bolt in out for a stroll in track shoes.

At this point you are either being a troll or simply making things up. If you are just going to make numbers up then why not just say that humans walk at 3.55 km per hour so you can stick with your original 22 minutes, at least be a consistent troll.

Although that would have made the 2.9 km to Maggies 50 minutes, not the 42 minutes you originally claimed google had stated. At the 5 mph your talking about now it would only be 35 minutes. You really seem confused about time and distances.

Actually I don't get why you are even flogging a dead horse, it's really not a big deal, especially when it's obvious you are clearly not going to bring said dead horse back to life. I have no idea why you wanted to pick this fight to start with.

If you had read what I typed. Google has it as 1. 3 km going via the east 3rd ring, I. E not taking the short cut through the car park which cuts off around 300 m from the google distance. Which even by your maths only makes it a 12 min walk at your speed. You obviously walk slower than me. For the record, if I was running it wouldn't take anything like 10 minutes. Unless of course you are about to tell us that all humans run at the same speed too.

Left the hotel at 12.45 and was sitting in fatboys having ordered at just past 12.55. So I don't know what to tell you. Fit bit says its around 1100 steps. Have you actually tried walking either of those distances yourself?

Looking on google maps it shows the walking distance as being 1. 3 km. That's going along the 3rd ring for part of it instead of taking'a right straight out the door and cutting through the car park of the office. Which would be shorter. So unless you are suggesting it takes you 22 minutes to walk 1 km I don't get your point.

Google map shows Maggies as being 2.9 km from the Conrad. So again, the difference may well be that we walk at different speeds.

But to title your post suggesting mis-information I find bizarre, unless you are referring to your own mis-information.

For frame of reference, I spent 10 years living at central park, walking to bodhi at gongti bei men would take me around 25 (ish) minutes. That's about 2. 5 km. No running involved, just a steady 6 km / hour pace. I don't see that distance as being substantially different to walking from the Conrad to M's.

Back to the subject to this board though. Went in to Chocolate last night around 12.45, according to the manager the show "just finished" so I am still none the wiser as to what the dancers are like there now. Headed down to Maggies from there around 1 am, I counted only about 20 Mongolian girls there from what I could see. Slim pickings indeed.

Probably a combination of it being a Monday night and the meetings in Beijing this week. Ended up playing a few frames of pool and drinking shots. My buddy did end up taking a girl but no-one there really interested me.

(and just because I cannot resist, the walking distance between Choc and Maggies is around 800 m. Although be careful, it may not sound far but that could work out to over 20 mins running for some on the board).

I have no history to judge Maggies on as it was my first time. But generally speaking I was happy. Met a Mongolian, got her digits. Hooked up with her later in the week at her place.

Yes, TGTBT. In January I was in Beijing I decided I wasn't going out so I called the older sister. She said she would send her younger sister supposedly 18 years old. Girl came was about 22 years old decent looking but not the girl in the picture. I asked her about the older sister and she said that it was her boss not sisters. It is an agency with about 4 or 5 girls (no sisters) Service was below average and the girl had an odd odor. Just basically false Chinese advertising.
