What are your experience with the Chinese SPAs?

Short answer is that external influences put a lot of pressure on the supply and especially the risk of supplying aforementioned services so prices did increase even more than the prices in other sectors where inflation is also increasing much more than what published rates may suggest. See for examples the prices for fruit, vegetables rent etc. The forbidden fruits therefore are way more expensive now, at least the ones a visiting foreigner devil can easily obtain.

Hiking up prices is on way to increase domestic demand.

My only issues are condescending arrogant pricks (pun intended) that attack senior members because they can only accept their own opinion. Sadly that the current state of affairs under the changing winds that are prevailing. Do not expect any quick changes. As a matter of fact little has actually changed but it has become expensive and very difficult to find these days. Especially for foreigners. Speak the language and have friends is all I can recommend. Or overpay the escorts that are pushed here over and over again.

You want fun better go elsewhere.

The Shanghai saunas I went to two years ago were around the price point GetsZa said (1000) for the lower tier of girls. I would absolutely rather pay for that service / price ratio, but that's Shanghai and we are in Beijing.

I haven't been out exploring recently, just occasionally going to a spa and a BBS near my home in Haidian. Spa is a steep 800 RMB for a massage + he, but it's a legit massage and the girls are hot. BBS is the same one I've posted about before in WeiGongCun, nothing special but it's 400 for BBBJ + FS inside fourth ring. Girls not bad looking either for a BBS, it's been 7's every time. Would recommend if you're looking for a cheap fuck in a dirty bed but don't want to travel out to past fifth ring.
