on the way home wondering about the distinction between 'sauna' and 'spa' i check out yong yuan in the galaxy center. the place is certainly more appealing and classy than the sauna in chinese friendship hotel.

front desk mummy quotes me 228 for 90 mins. i notice a lot of vip packages on the price board but settle on the standard program. the same cleaning routine as the sauna applies except the relaxation room with punters in pyjamas looks like a set from rush hour 2.

first mummy greets me but noticing my lack of chinese swaps for her english speaking peer. new mummy is friendly and cute looking, tells me the program is 228 for 90 mins and confirms i can choose the girl. she leads me to a massage room where i'm greeted by a reasonable looking girl (mother as i discover later) setting up for events.

mummy asks if i'm happy, i confirm yes and leaves us to it. i lay down on the low level king size massage table / bed and massge girl does her thing. massage is ok, not hard but relaxing. mid-way thru the program she peels of my underwear and starts playing with my brother.

i indicate bj but she indicates more dough. mind boggles how to carry cash when butt naked but i didn't bring any mao's so declined the option. she plays around and sensing i need more stimuli allows me to take off her top and bra off and play with her breasts, nipples and box without kissing.

I goto this place which incidentally doesn't translate very well into Chinese after a hard week in the office and on basis of reviews from other members.

I walk through the building and pass a BBS shop and notice it's not the place for a regular haircut. Wondering where it is, I ask the entrance girl for the sauna directions and she directs me to the lift on the LHS of the lobby and tells me the 6th floor.

In the sauna place, I goto the boys room where the standard sauna routine applies strip, locker boy hangs my clothes, take a shower and don on some paper pyjamas and walk thru to the 'relax' area. Upon entry a mummy greets me and noticing my lack of Chinese writes 178/278/328 which albeit aren't cricket scores but knowing the drill, I pick 328.

She leads me to a small massage room where I wait for my massage woman. Middle age mummy enters and given my mood and the lack of lighting looks better now than after the deed and in bright lights.

She instructs me to lay on stomach and except for dripping sweat all over me provides a good massage of my shoulders, back, arms, buttocks and legs. After 0.5 hr she motions me to roll over and plays with my legs, stomach and little brother. After awhile she leaves the room and comes back with her 'kit' including water, rubbers, gel and covers the door window with a towel.

She takes off her pants and bra then flips her shirt over her head ala mad soccer player style and proceeds to cat bath my nipples working her way to my bro where she greets him with a 'fire & ice' CBJ. So, total dmg is 348, no FS, no BJ and no HJ. Surely, I must be at the wrong spa. Unless they had one hidden upstairs. But the things I saw are identical to yours. BIGGEST locker room i ever seen, lots of rows and rows of privates rooms with NO locks.

Idea? This was yesterday. GZ is squiky clean.

So after checking my pockets in hurry, I came out of the room & started climbing down & kept myself ready to face any problem. But nothing as such happened. Came down, took a taxi, asked for garden hotel, reached my hotel. Next day when I went to market, came to know that the 700 rmb which I had in my pocket last night, have been changed with the similar look alike fake notes. So all fellow members, while in China please be very aware of this fake currency, that any body from taxi driver, to the in room call girls, can give you any time. Please take extra care & enjoy your trip, though how I got rid of that fake currency, is seperate story to tell.

Please take note what happened the next day. Around ten pm, near garden hotel a mamaam approached me near garden hotel, with a very beautifull girl. Asked for massagy for only rmb 100. But I have to go to their room which is very very near she said. Now I made the first mistake. As the girl was really good & rate very low I agreed & sat with them in a taxi. First day stayed at hotel jin mao wei. Very girl friendly hotel. Rooms at rmb 130 only. With internet & laptop 160 only. Went to a massage centre next to the hotel. I have been all over China, but never GZ. I have a convention in September at the Pazhou convention center. I am looking for suggestions for a hotel near fun bars and bbs, etc. that is not too hard to get to from the convention center. Medium price is fine. I am thinking Holiday Inn level, but they usually have some policy against good times. I can read and understand a little chinese (no Cantonese) so I like taking the subway. It is cheap and direct without having to fight with taxi drivers. I generally like the bar scene over massage and KTV. So, suggest away!

Went 2 days ago in that Hotel for taking a SPA releaxation massage. The hotel is new and very confortable. If you come inside, the girls allready aproching you and asking you if you want a SPA or Room. So I sayd that I want to go to SPA. They send you to SPA front desk, where you get key for your box for chlotes, than you go to 2nd floor where near 20 girls waiting on you to bring you in some massage room. There have more as 100 rooms for SPA Massage. Realy HUGE SPA area. The price for Thailanad style massage including oiled HJ. 190 RMB, and is payed after you go out. So the girl come in and start to massage you. After maybe 30min she ask you if you want alos something more as just HJ. She was 26y old and from Hunan. Very cute girl! I had luck becouse you can't choose your massage girl here. We finaly agree for FS for 200RMB tip for her and she maked BBBJ, Ice & Fire BBBJ, some naked massage with titys and sex in different possition. After all she agree also for CIM. That was great. Just a bit hurry service becouse massage time is only 80min. So everything was a bit on FAST lane .

But worth for that money. I leave SPA at near 2am. And the hotel imidiatly call the taxi to pick up me there and bring me to my hotel Holiday Inn. Where I sleept. I recomend this hotel SPA for a relaxating time in GZ.

Went last night to Shiqiao in Panyu. Told the Cab driver to take me to a nice 'an-mo' place, and he took me to a hotel's sauna. I believe the name was Shiqiao Hotel (not too far from the 24-hour McDonald's in the area).

I think someone before me has already reviewed this particular joint, but I'll post the rates I received anyway:

Basic (and authentic) Massage: RMB 268

+ HJ: RMB 368
+ BJ: RMB 468

VIP Room (the works): RMB 850 (350 room + 500 girl)

Now I was beat up with two whole days' worth of work, so I decided to try out the VIP service anyway.

The Sauna:

It was magnificent. Very clean, good quality / branded soaps/shower gels/shampoos were available. Hot and cold sauna, steam, jacuzzi, etc etc. Included with the VIP room was a buffet (too bad I had already eaten) and free beer before midnight. Other serivices available (for varying fees from 18 - 50 rmb) were: scrub down to clean you up, manicure, pedicure, foot massage, ear cleaning, etc - basically almost all the treatments (minus face) you would expect from a good-quality Spa. I took a few of them, and enjoyed it as well.

The room:

Once again, great room, with bathroom of course. Heated towels, 2 channels showing porn (my first such experience in China), large TV, various types of lighting to set the mood to what you might need. I also saw a few 'appratus' - a yoga ball, a stange-shaped bench for all the kinky needs too, but I didn't use any of em

The girl: No. 1, quite friendly, didn't rush through things, smiled a lot, fairly GFE experience, everything except anal. Spent more than 2 hours with her, and during which she even said if I wanted a 2nd - would cost me another 500. Was tapped out of cash that night, so I said no.

There's only ONE Garden Hotel and it's a GZ landmark any driver will know it instantly. Pearl Garden is not Garden Hotel it's Pearl Garden.

You can try Tang which is down the road from McDonald's Next to Garden Hotel.

You will find South Americans, Russians and Chinese Ladies there.

The road next to Garden hotel you will also find street walkers.

I have not tried any of the saunas around the area but you will find a number of reports about them in the forum.
