Many of the saunas in GZ include the HJ in the price whether you want it or not. The cheapest one I know about is 198 RMB with a 20% discount. Normal price is 238 RMB so it works out the same with your tipping scenario. I cannot remember the name of the place, but it is just off of Dongfang Lu at the turn off to Liu Hua Lu on the right side. Having said that, 148 RMB is a pretty good price for sauna in GZ if the place is of similar standard. How was the hardware? Quality of the girls?

I recently stayed again two days in Guangzhou and wanted to try something new.

There are signs for a sauna, just next to the Garden Hotel. If you leave the hotel through the main entrance, turn right walk along the main street, then go down the stairs and follow the signs that show 138 Rmb.

The sauna is on the 3rd floor of a hotel, and is the normal thing with lockers, locker boys, shower, sauna, steam bath, whirl pool, relax room and massage room.

I got a 90 minutes massage and asked the girl for FS, but she insisted that they only offer HJ. Even though I prefer the real thing, I agreed as it was already too late to go to another place. She asked for another 100 Rmb. But at least, she undressed her upper body completely and invited me to play with her quite nice tits.

The whole massage was nothing special, but just ok. She gave me then her mobile phone number and told me that I can call her if she shall come to my hotel. I did not do it since I had to leave Guangzhou the following day.

If you are into long massage and HJ, this might be ok. The total damage was 248 (= 148 night price + 100 HJ). PM me if you like more information.

I will not go again, since I like the FS more.

i am staying at jin yi hotel in guangzhou. currently room charges are 180rmb per night for room with high speed internet access. the hotel is not bad for the price as the aircondition and all basic amenities work fine. there is no problem in bringing girls up to your room without any registration at any time of the day or night. jin yi hotel is about 5 minute drive to china hotel. the first time you get to this hotel it will take you 10 to 15 minutes from china hotel, but that is because this hotel is on a one way street, so as soon as you figure out how to get here from china hotel, then you should be able to ask taxi driver exactly how to get to this hotel.

as per action in guangzhou, i have been taken to a street about 30 rmb ride by taxi in baiyun district by taxi drivers, but since i don't know chinese i don't even have this street name. the girls on that street are with mamasan, so you get to see the merchandise on the street. the charges are 300rmb for one shot, and 500 rmb for staying overnight, but the girls never stay the night. i suggest if you want two shots from the girl you discuss that with the mamasan before paying to her. the girls usually ask for taxi money back as a tip. the service is reasonable, that is no bbbj only cbj, and no kissing on mouth. what can i say that is the best i was able to do. in this city it is not as easy to do mongering. i just hate to have to come to guangzhou every now and then and have this kind of service. the prices are not cheap either if you compare other cities in asia.

There is no problem with the Baiyun Hotel. All you have to do is go to check in desk sometime after you check in and say you have locked your key card in your room. They will always give you a new card so then if you are trying to get a girl in after that time give her your room number and the card and let her follow you up to the room. She will have no problem.I have never been stoped yet.

There is a great massage club 1 mile or $2.00 away by taxi from the Baiyun Hotel where you will have a great massage and hand job to finish if you like that.I always use this massage when in GZ and then after if I meet a bird to stay the night I feel I've had the best of both worlds.

Last thursday, I was taken by a local friend to this place. An upmarket sauna, which is very clean, very large, 4 floors of space including free international buffet, swimming pool, table tennis, internet, rest area, etc. Private rooms are very nice Thai style with the mattresses on the floor. If you go after midnight, you can actually stay in the private massage rooms for no extra charge (saves hotel charges).

Did not see any line-up, and probably unlikely as it looks like a legit place. But the 90mins Thai style massage ends with a "free" hand job (if you like), my girl also allows touching but would not take clothes off. The massage was nice though. Cost around RMB 550. Not cheap, but definitely very upmarket.

Here is good news about a hotel right across the street from the Guangzhou airport. It is the Novotel, just opened in January and a good value at about 500 RMB. I stayed there last Friday and Saturday nights. It is only a 5 minute walk from the airport exit. Being in transit to Guilin for business on Saturday was my main reason for staying there. I was satisfied.

The bad news there were no girls in sight.

A question to the experienced GZ crowd,

From past experiences and reading in this forum, Guangzhou seems to be only about the KTV and sauna experience.

Is there any bar action like in Shanghai or Beijing?

Bar streets like Tongren Rd. or Julu Rd?

where you can go with a bunch of people, get drunk and find an extra pillow for the night without the KTV.

ONE WORD OF CAUTION
In Guangzhou (unlike in Dongguan), NOT ALL the KTV gals you fancy are obligated to follow you back to your hotel room, regardless of how much you’re prepared to pay. Double-check and triple-check with her / their mamasan / papasan to make sure in advance.

This is the best piece of advice you can receive and why I almost never go to KTV in GZ besides the fact that I am not that into KTV anyway. However, I often find myself there for business purposes or with friends that are KTV addicts. It is even more difficult as a laowai since many of the girls are not foreigner friendly. I cannot tell you how many times I ended up with blue balls before I finally wised up. Even if the girl/mamasan agree at first, they can change their mind later for whatever reason. This usually occurs if one of their regular punters shows up or calls them. The mamasan apologizes profusely and always says it will not happen the next time which is pure bullshit.

Spas, guess there is one at the hotel or will check out Landsman hotel but the guys I'm with are more Karaoke guys and like to take the girls back to the room.

Your hotel Grand International Hotel is in Tianhe District, so let me give you direction to two KTV clubs, both in the vicinity of your hotel.

Amongst the KTV clubs in Guangzhou, Club Deluxe is perhaps the most prestigious and luxury of them all. Donlord International Club has its own style and character, IMHO both places are good and worth testing out if you’re really into the KTV scene.

The supplies of beautiful hostesses are in abundance, most of them from 7 upward, and with a bit of luck you’ll run into some real stunners (9 and 10). But then of course that’s my own ratings only.

The hotties do not come cheap though, and there are the regular hostesses and the MODELS. The minimum charge of the KTV private rooms is from RMB2,000 up, and the sitting fee of the gals is 300 to 500, and the cost to take them out runs between 1500 to 5000 +.

Business at the KTV can be really good sometimes and it is recommended that you book your private room in advance. For your convenience, I’ve also included the name and contact number of one of their managers, but turnover of personnel in these places can be quite fast. BTW, they know me as THE FAT INDONESIAN CHINESE.

Thanks for the helpful reviews in the CZ action. I am looking for your opinion in my planning. I have gone back 100 pages in this forum but wanted to get some more updated information and of your expert opinion.

I am going to GZ on Jun 18th. and spending one night before taking off to Enping (my relatives little village) I am looking for a hotel near those "ladies Parlour" Sunas. I will be in the company of family so I don't want much hassle. So I am in search of the sure FS in their location (No ST/LT since I can't bring friends back to my room) I was thinking arrive late from our flight to a hotel that has "special Sauna" w/FS

My questions are:

1) Which hotels do you think offer for sure good FS in their saunas? (I have researched and it seems that the Bayun hotel does?) Any other hotel with the sure thing FS?

2) There was a post by Launchnow about your friend's driver/guide for such a hobby. I tried PM him but w/o luck so I hope he reads this post or someone else has his firends contact e-mail/Phone number? and how much does he charge?

3) Would you know what area in GZ should I stay if I wanted to enjoy the hobby but close to shopping district for my relatives?

4) on a separate note... does anyone know how far is enping form CZ?
