It probably means "no limitation, within the time period". That you can "shoot" as many times as you are able to, within the time period. The time period might be 1 hour, 70 minutes, 2 hours, overnight (typically 11 pm until 7 or 8 am the following morning).

If you can quote the exact Chinese phrase then someone here will be able to "nail it down" for you.

- I got a couple reports from people trying the SNG hotline this weekend and getting no answer through the multiple channels available.

- SNG site is now down (and since not hosted in China it means was taken down by its owner).

Could the hotline have been arrested and the website been taken down to cover the tracks?

I checked it out. It's 590 rmb for non members. And there were no extras. But maybe I got unlucky with a nervous provider. Massage wasn't great either. Waste of money and 2 hours.
