I can't say for sure as it was my first time there. I can tell you there wasn't anything offered during the bath and beginning of massage. Place inside is high end looking (though showing some wear). Maybe a HJ was included but I doubt much more. Pudong tends to have less saunas (in the old days) as the POPO tend to keep a tighter lid than Puxi in the old city. This place is right on the main road and not hidden like any sauna would be.

It's possible I overpaid, but I truly doubt FS was included. The massage didn't seem to be going that way at all.

She also told me with the VIP card, girls could be delivered to my room at a 40% discount (600RMB). I asked if that included FS when she came to hotel as i was a VIP, she said no, must give her money

I can't. But I can confirm the Portman is GF friendly (be discreet on your way in, walk to the elevators seperatley). I had no problem. Portman rate that I has was under 1000 rmb.
