East China - Shanghai

Hi guys,

Just registered on the forum after a few weeks as a guest viewer. Thanks for all the insights provided.

My recent experiences:

Last action was a month ago in my usual go to HJ MP at Jiashan Rd, and that was already sort of messy with strict policy toward wearing shorts, and only 1 shower available for the whole MP.

Tried to get back there 2 or 3 times over the last month, was still opened but they only provided foot massage (was not really in the mood).

Been back on Sunday and that was now closed. Managed to talk with someone through the locked glass door and they say they were handling some renovations. Classic excuse lately as per other members reports.

Also tried to get actions from other MP I was a regular in:

- Spring Massage at Madang Road: Could spot old & ugly masseuses upstairs, which prevented me to go for it, as normally this place has nicer ones. They were still offering the massage at 388 RMB though, so could have lead to some little action.

- Sunny Massage at People Square: this one is on the fancy side so I thought it could still be opened / have made the cut as it also offers regular massage.

Do the reported crackdowns mean Shanghai is a no-go for mongering or are there still enough freelancers in the nightclub? Shanghai is huge, if only the massage parlors and some bars have been cracked down, there should still be many hookers left? Or did prices go up insanely high, like $300?

I want to visit Shanghai the first time. Is mongering still possible besides the crackdowns? If only the bars and massage parlors are under supervision, then there should still be nightclubs with freelancers or wechat possibilities?

Shanghai is big. Are there really no brothels in other city districts up and running? Or is the scene dead?

Yeah, appears to be eastern part of China, definitely multiple provinces but the whole country (yet). People in the 5-star hotel said they did not know what the government was doing, just that all bars and massage places had to shut. This was hundreds of miles away from Shanghai.

There had been some talk about an inspection in Shanghai, but clearly it's broader than that.

The usual "next month or maybe never" response. In one town, all the bars had also been closed for "renovations. " Amazing how extensive this is.

Answer is next month and they will not work anymore in the parlor but from their home apartment. I have asked if the parlor will open again and the answer was "it is under renovation".

May be the future is home visits?

In this forum, there's been a bunch of reports during the past year about apartment girls in Shanghai. And yeah, a real girl outside sounds nice in theory, but a lot of us prefer to be the proverbial John.

For whatever reason, room service in-house spa reports are rare. I have no idea why. It's a true mystery to me. I have submitted numerous room service in-house spa reports when I have traveled to different Chinese cities. But almost no one else does. I don't understand it.

FYI, I did a few times. All the cases were when I was free for a few days to a week (the longest time 11 days during Chinese New year). So, for the called in girls, I spent the whole time with them (day and night). I just paid usual overnight rate time days they were with me, plus transportation (air or train tickets depending on where she came from).

The tricky part to flying a gal in is figuring out a fair rate. I guess since you paid for meals and activities, then paying the usual overnight rate was okay. For me, I was flying them in and spending no time with them except to do the deed. Plus, they were traveling only to see me. So, eventually, I figured 1. 5 x their usual overnight rate was fair. But this is a tough call, I admit.

What amazes me with my WeChat is large number of WG on WeChat I find a ton of ladies who have class open daily, hasn't changed one bit. Daily posting ton of tasty class open offers.

Have you tried any of them? If so, please report.

While I am a frequent visitor to Shanghai I have never spent time with a WG there or in any other city for that matter.

I was hoping to do so on my upcoming trip there but was completely unaware of the crackdown. Thank goodness for this forum.

I was planning on using one of the hundreds of sites for an outcall.

I've done this before. During the last crackdown, I was so desperate that I contacted a former Kitty gal (Kitty's is an outcall agency in Beijing). She quit the P4 P biz several years ago, but we kept touch because she was one of my my faves and she liked me too. So, when I asked her to visit me in Shanghai, she said okay and she came, and stayed for about 5 days. I told her I would be working days, so she had the days to herself. Though we occasionally met for afternoon delights.

So, I would say there are four things you should consider: (1) Will she pay for her own flight so you can reimburse her when you meet? I wouldn't transfer money to a WG, as it leaves a paper trail. (2). Has she stayed overnight with you before? Only reason why I say this is because many WGs are restless sleepers or on their phones or have insomnia or are jonesing for a smoke. (3) Make sure she understands that you have a busy schedule but that she is supposed to be on your schedule. (4) Finally, one other thing that I did was put her up in her own hotel room. I didn't want someone in my room when I wasn't there.

So, we are talking about a lot of money. In addition to air travel and hotel, I paid her 1.5x her usual overnight rate for each day she was in Shanghai.

In normal time, I do not use them, because I rather fxxk new girls each time. No need to repeat.
