Sacrosa is a 10 minute walk away. As I was staying at the hotel anyways, I decided to give the spa a try. Incidentally, the spa is on the 5th floor and there's a fairly large KTV on the 4th floor just below. In any case, the 950 RMB charge gets you 90 minutes and in my case was a 1/2 hour massage followed by 1 hour of FS that began with a CBJ followed by multiple positions ending in one shot. In my experience:

BBS 200-500 (500 is unusual and you should say no)

Sauna (clean hotel BBS) 800.

FL at Manhattan, etc. 800-1000.

YMMV.

All of these are easy to find. That said, IMO, Shanghai is not a place to come just for sex. If that's all you want then go to BKK or Pattaya or Angeles City or Batam or Jakarta.
