In Shanghai for the weekend. Checked our MR. Contacted some girls on wechat. Quick responses. General quite seems to be 2000 for an hour. Is this normal or I need to negotiate?

Also I have RTFF. Plan on hitting the usual spots in any case. But not sure what the situation will be with weather and increased police checking. Suggestions welcome. My inbox is open. Or if you want to meet up for a drink I can use the company!

I don't know if this is related but there's a large amount of paranoia in China now because of the 30 year anniversary of Tien An Men, June 4.

Massive operations around Shanghai, Suzhou, Jiaxiang and other surrounding cities. There are even clips of police officials holding meetings pertaining to the entertainment sector that includes massage, spas, KTV, mahjong parlors, etc. There was even one that was about massages are only to be given by the same gender or risk being shut.

However, there are still places open but I wouldn't risk it. There are also those that are in apartments. Those seem to be a more viable option if you really have an itch. I would still advise against it.

But in this case (460 total for a HJ from a older provider) it seems like a quite a bad deal compared to spring where you get the same from much younger & better looking girls for only 398 (or 498 for naked).

I agree. I would never take a subway or car to this place. Not worth the time or effort. I only go there if I happen to be in the neighborhood and have nothing better to do.

But for me, that's okay sometimes, as variety is the spice to life. Final FYI, if they say no to a shower and if you're not on the second floor, then there's no happy ending. I have been in Shanghai, Suzhou and Jiangyin this week and its the same the police patroling the street doing drug test, check prositution. In my hotel there was a note that "friends" that shall visit the room need to registrate their ID.

But all I ask don't know why it happens.

Big Bamboo on Nanyang Lu has not changed location. It has changed name. Now called Blind Pig and food quality is only a shadow of what it was.

Crowds are way down. Nowhere near the number of customers as when Big Bamboo. Crowds are voting with their feet.

The Spot has relocated to right next door to Judy's. It is same ownership as Judy's so it makes a lot of sense to be side by side. Food quality still only so so.

Girl supply currently in Judy's is far superior to Manhattan both in quality and quantity. But the girls are very gun shy at both places. Several expressing reservation at entering both.

Still so easy to call in a swoop up the one that takes your fancy. They are very keen to get out the door as soon as they can.

Big Bamboo has rename yes with same owner but there is a new place named Big Bamboo nearby, this is what I was told yesterday by the staff at the Blind Pig just search on Facebook, its about 8 min walk from Swissotel.

But what is risky behavior and what is not? What is safe?

Eg is it risky to strange by WeChat to meet a girl at a non restricted floor in a 5 star hotel?

Is it risky to walk into the hotel with a girl and bring her to your room?

Is it risky to bring a girl from Judy's or Manhattan to your hotel?

I mean there are cameras everywhere anyway, probably not in the room but. Again - you never know in China.
