A lot of people on here seem to think that if you pick the most expensive menu item at ANY Spring Spa (sometimes known as Yu Spa), then you will get some naughty adventure. This is not true. I recently visited the one on Xietu Road, and the one on Shuicheng Road, picked the 336 rmb option both times, and got a legit massage both times. In fact, some have reported that the one on Madang is also legit. The first time I went there, the receptionist took me aside and told me there is no happy massage, but when I turned to leave, she stopped me and said it was available. At other Springs that I have visited so far, naughty fun can be had. BTW, if I am wrong, then please correct me. This is a YMMV game, so maybe I just got unlucky.

My bad, yes, of course. When you're walking towards Xinyu Lu from Quankou Lu, it's on your right. A couple of doors further down there is a massage place with a bi-lingual sign. If you reach that, back up a bit. The place I went to has no english sign, but you can recognize it by the foot massage images in the window.

So its been awhile and even longer since I lived in Shanghai right next door to the great Babyface nightclub which was the best freebie spot (Guandi honorable mention) in SH and next door to Hong Kong KTV (I think that was the name) which had by far the hottest girls in town.

As I understand all the great KTVs are gone. What club does one go for the hot local girls these day? Coming back next weekend.

Went to Judy's early last night. 9:30. Working this week and prefer to not be out too late. I expected the place to be dead, early and on a Monday. I was pleasantly surprised to see excellent talent on display, a better selection than I have seen on recent visits midnight or later. Most certainly they were hoping to pull an early ST and be back. And fewer customers. Ratio very good. Can't comment on pricing, as I went with a regular. But previous experience has been pricing more reasonable Mondays and Tuesdays.

I haven't been in two years but I had good luck at Manhattan. I arrive in a week and plan on visiting Manhattan and Judy's since I am staying nearby. Seems like a lot of tourists are coming to Shanghai before the summer ends. And some are looking for some naughty fun. If you are new to China, then please read RickMont's very recent report in China's General Info thread. He got ripped off by a tout. And his experience was scary. Reminder: Don't follow touts! They are everywhere, especially in areas where tourists congregate. I hate to admit it, but I've been scammed twice by touts in China. But it doesn't mean you can't have some safe naughty fun. I've banged 200-300 WGs in China. Most were good experiences.
