BTW, I had a similar experience recently at another MP. This one is on the corner of Yaohong Lu and Guyang Lu. This place is brand new. Was quoted 1280, but after about 15 minutes into the massage, she starts asking me a ton of questions. (BTW, she was old and fat.) I have no idea what she's asking. Firstly the guy at reception managed to translate the three prices as: 598 = Massage with Lady. 798 = Cosplay massage. 998 = Sexy Dance massage. (All are 60 minutes).

I opted for the 998 Sexy Dance Massage & was led to a very smart room & brought little bowls of tomatoes etc (which I always find quite odd). After 5 minutes a girl (I would give her about a 7) came in wearing a slinky satin long dress which seemed to be a good sign. She gave me a locker key & led me to a shower room & left me to shower & put on a pair of pyjamas. Back to the room & she asked if I wanted her to change into a Japanese schoolgirl outfit (every room seemed to have one, which I assume it their Cosplay attire). What she was wearing was fairly sexy so I was good with that.

I lay with my head in her lap and she gave me a head / shoulder / face massage. And then she started asking me a load of questions. My Chinese is sketchy at best & her English was none existant, so after 5 to 10 minutes she sent me back to the locker / shower area to get my phone to use the translation app. !! As I was leaving a guy came out who spoke good English who asked what the problem was. I went through it with him and explained that rmb 1 k for what turned out to be a ten minute head massage was not acceptable and I'd never be back. He seemed genuinely apologetic and offered a foot massage as compensation!! No thanks. I'd had enough and just want to get out of there.

So guys. That was my experience.

It's been already since at least early July that a MP, with address on Jumen Rd and which has been described here before, is operating normally. They had their showers hacked, what it seemed to be a kind of control measurement from authorities, for a certain while, but now it's operating exactly as it used to. 499 gets you a massage with he, with a fake tongue rubbing, naked body tits rubbing and to a certain extent open play. Of course YMMV. I personally see the same girl for already a couple of years and it's more than satisfying. Thanks for the information, but what is the point of not scanning and putting the phone on airplane mode? If the place has a positive for covid, then authorities will be able to track him down easily, even if he did not scan or if his phone was off or on airplane mode.

If this is the case, then it puts me in no mood to monger at all. Could they still track me down if walked in wearing a baseball cap and face mask, paid in cash, left my phone at the office and found a place that doesn't check codes? If yes then that's some serious surveillance going on there, and it's a big reason why more and more laowai are quitting China for good.

However as I mentioned, there are places open now, and we're down to practically zero cases across the whole city, so the chances of a positive case in a recently visited MP must be close to zero. So if you are going to go for it, a legit MP providing veggie options as well as extras is probably your safest bet.
