Your comments are very refreshing and informative. And though you are right that the show-off mentality may be more pervasive in China, the take-home message of your story seems true everywhere. The hotter a girl thinks she is, the more entitled she feels to the contents of your bank account without much effort. The really expensive providers are never worth it, except for bragging, even in the good ole US of A.

And what I find irritating is that mongers tend grossly overrate their experiences with these providers, maybe out of a desire not to appear to have been taken. Unfortunately this ends up perpetuating the scam.

FYI hospitals are required to inform the authorities if a foreigner is detected positive.

That is why it is recommended to test outside of mainland (ie HK).

Laws are meant to have changed (HIV positive are meant not to be banned from China anymore) but who knows what they really do and the reason they'll use to deny you entry if they do.

Also hard to understand for foreigners: The girls mostly will be promoted with their "car brand". That means they get more customers, if they are the Ferrari or Benz Model than if they would be the model for Skoda. For foreigners hard to believe, that he has to pay 5000 more to fuck the model, just because of the car brand she work for. For Chinese this is the most important criteria for booking a car model here in Shanghai. You can brag out with it by your friends, and that's why you did it!

So from my view the "car models" are never a good choice for foreigners. All my customers who gave them a try had the experience, that this girls are not worth the spending. They expected a special "high class service", which they never got. A Chinese model can make a fortune without offer any special things, just because she mach to the ideal beauty taste. The most of this girls have very restricted service (for example often only one shot, no blow job or only covered blow job, never CIM or anything like that). Simply they think, a guy can be happy if they open their legs for him and there is no need to provide many more for that! And actually they are right, Chinese guys not expect more, but this cause problems with foreign guest, who not understand, that they should be thankful already to had the chance to sex with them.

So no one can answer your question seriously. For Chinese the answer is mostly: "as more tall, ass bigger the boobs, as younger the girl, as more pretty she is". That is for example the taste which is base of the "model criteria" here in Shanghai, but if you are not a "big tits lover", many models will not really be attractive for you.

So there is no other serious way than to go out and check it out for yourself. Personally I recommend the Jiang Li sauna or the Red House sauna for that, because they have a wide range of girls in selection, so you also have a good chance, that your personal taste is covered in one of this "levels", while you will be lost in Kangding Sauna, if your personal taste is far away from the Chinese "model taste".

A customer recently told me, he would never do the STD check in a Shanghai hospital again. They really insert 3 times wooden sticks in his urethra. Never any action like that was necessary for a STD check in Germany. And I believe him, that this is a fucking uncomfortable procedure! So I not recommend to visit a typical Chinese hospital for that.

But I have to restrict, that this is only a "Third Party" information, so if anyone here can report a "First Hand" experience, could be it is different.
