I have been in Shanghai for 3 yrs now, but do not get much of a chance to do local mongering. I finally made a late night run to Manhattan's and certainly the selection was very impressive. Many, many Vietnamese and Thai women with a sprinkling of Chinese. I was not aggressively pursuing any particular one, but was quoted a range of prices from 600 - 1500. Certianly one should be able to find something appealing for the right price. I settled on an older Chinese woman, probably in mid 30's, but she had a nice dirty sexy look about her. 1000 for her and 150 for some junky short term room. Overall I was pleased with the service, BBBJ and a good sex session (was even fingering her A). Slender girl, no stretch marks, nice natural tits, but a little saggy (just made it more fun to pull on them). Only disappointing part was after I left her and walked back to the subway, she had already met some of her other industry friends on the street and told them about me, so when they saw me walking, they all ran over and tried to get me to do another session. I am sure you could probably get this girl for a bit cheaper, but I try not to haggle. I don't remember her name, but I do have her phone number, if anyone is interested.

Any recommendations on good saunas on the Pudong side of things? Any help is appreciated.

That's pretty expensive, way over what sauna charges. Many reliable agencies in Beijing charge under 1000. Anything like that in SH?

There is a big different in the market between Shanghai and Beijing. Beijing outcall is cheaper, but all "incall venues" charge higher. I would guess, it's because the competition of the cheap pickup clubs like Manhattan and Judys and also the cheap sauna clubs make the cheap outcall agencies needless. The bargain hunters who try to get a cheap deal, will prever to go out to get it cheap, the guys who prefer the more convenience way of outcall don't care to pay some more.

We tried it with special offer of some girls on our page. One hour RMB 900 instead of 1400. The girl did not get significantly more customers in that period. Sounds weird, but it's a fact. So someone who run a agency here in Shanghai will not try to offer the "most cheap" deal, because he can never win a competition with a sauna, so he will concentrate on service, pictures, marketing and so on. Another reason will be, that the "price level" including the average salary in Shanghai is highest in China, so also the girls here expect higher rates. And in Shanghai they have many choices. If they will go to a sauna instead, they will get at least 400 RMB for a session, a outcall for 900 means she will not get more than 500 to 700 for herself, but need to loose time in taxi, will have a lot of time without customers. For that rate she can go to any sauna (if she is attractive) and get more money each day.

So I would say no chance for a reliable outcall agency here in Shanghai with rates lower than! Some will offer a rate of 400 or 600, but all I tried till now, never finally provided "full service" for that. They will upgrade again and again, and finally they will be much more expensive than the ones who promote (higher) but real rates online. And if you really get that cheap rate, you will also get only a provider in the level of what we call "street girls". This (older and more ugly ladies) you can find around the above mentioned clubs with rates of 200 to 300 for full service. But most guys will prefer to spend more for the girls inside the club. This level of girls can make money even with a cheap outcall, just because they found customers with faked pictures, and the "reject rate" is most time less than 50%, so still a deal.

Sorry to say that, but I am afraid you will not get what you expect here in Shanghai for that rate.

Nevertheless, there are so many great choices here in Shanghai!

And you will never find anything like that in Beijing!

So my recommendation: don't worry about what you miss here, better just enjoy what you get additional!

Looks like the BBS time in Shanghai is over. Around Songyuan lu everything has been closed for a month now and it doesn't seem like it will open again soon. So sad to see how the city get drier and drier day after day.

BBS's in JingAn area are still up and running, so I would be careful painting with such a broad brush stroke.

Pros: Huge number, overall high quality, reliable agency, reliable pictures of each girls on website, most of the girls have a real job and quite highly educated, and usually they will satisfied all your need, eg, CIM, DFK， DATY, etc.

Cons: high price as well (one hour from 2000 RMB to 20000, most range BTW 3000-8000), agency fee (it's usually 1000-5000, but included in the total price, which means if you visit the same girl again, the money you pay will be the initial price minus the agency fee), I'm not sure if the reception speak english and they mainly use social tool QQ.

Siquan is at the Merrylin Hotel and across the street from an Intercontinental.

I stayed at Bodi. It was super convenient to just walk next door for the sauna (which has been up and down recently).

Getting a cab can take up to 20 minutes so if you're going somewhere plan ahead.

Hotel depends on your budget, but I would recommend Ambassador Hotel which is located in No. 818 Wanhangdu Lu. Near to the Center, easy to reach all Puxi things, a great sauna nearby, which even provide service to deliver the sauna girl you selected to your hotel room (more details by e-mail me or PM here).

3 days I would recommend:

You should spend one evening for a pickup in Manhattan and / or Judys.

Another evening for one or two sauna sessions.

Based on your budget another sauna day, a KTV party or try some happy ending massage.

As Shanghai Guide pointed out, Chinese New Year is fairly late this year, in the middle of February, and the holiday will last several days, which will affect the number of places that are open and how many girls might be available (probably very few).

You want to come in 6 to 10 weeks? And want to ask about the situation now? Seems you don't understand how it works here.

You never will know a "closing" weeks in advance. There are some days around national holiday and Chinese new year, where it will be more "windy" here, so more places will close. Also around government conferences or important meetings the LE will close more clubs, than from time to time different sauna or massage places will close, because their local police station will go out to check the venues around. So the only point that is more than soothsaying is, that around Chinese new year at 14th of February it will be a little bit more "dry" here! For all other days, better check one or two days before you arrive, there is no sense in researching weeks in advance.
