Hi everyone,

I'm new to the scene but had a good time in Thailand. I'm looking for some full service in Shanghai.

I'm a Chinese but can't speak it. I'm wondering if anyone can recommend me a good parlour (90 mins without costing more than 1000 RMB). It seems like BBS aren't that clean and saunas aren't as great.

Not really sure, what you are looking for? Could be it's a "wording" problem? You will not find something called "parlor" in Shanghai. You have massage places, but no 90 sex sessions there. I know some massage parlors, where you pay around 400 for 30 minutes, than you habe Barbershops (BBS), but there it's cheap and fast, so also not matched to your requirement. The only place where you can get 90 minutes sessions will be a sauna or spa location, and here the budget will be around 650 to 1000, so that will matched most to your request. But who told you they aren't as great, and as great as what?

Thanks for the update, read your earlier post and very informative. Worked late tonight but walked along from the hotel and big massage parlours everywhere, some with very sexy women inside. May try tomorrow and travel further afield next week.

If you try a massage shop which you don't know, there are several options, what you finally will enter:

1. a totally "legit" place with a professional massage for around 148 to 448 RMB, but no special service included or available!

2. a shop with happy ending massage (handjob) for around 198 to 298, but no extras available!

3. a place where they will charge between 168 and 368 for a legit massage and ask for a tip for handjob, blowjob or even more!

There are some "signs", that could be helpful to find the ones with naughty service:

- all places (at least I found till now) who have 24 hour service will offer at least a handjob happy ending, never only legit service.

- same with all shops, that use also Japanese letters for advertisement (I guess Japanese guys don't like a massage without happy ending).

- if they have sexy dressed girls sitting around in the entry, you have a very good chance to get more than a legit massage.

- as more "central" the shops are, as more they will charge for happy ending and as less the chance, that it's included already.

On our nightlife tour we visit shops for 189 for a 90 minutes oil massage with happy ending (HJ), but all a little bit outside (taxi ride about 30 RMB).

I checked out 3 shops already near Jing An, but never found one in the same "budget" with a similar service, if they have a more popular location.

For example the shop opposite site of Hilton asked for 238 for the massage, but the girl tried to get 500 Tip for just a handjob, when I checked it.

Pretty sure you could talk her down to 100 for 200, but's it's still not a clever deal, and not good for guys with less Chinese skills.

I am not sure, what bring you to the idea, that anything "shut frequently" here in Shanghai. Honestly all the top places are very "stable" over a long time already. Small Barbershops or Massage Parlor will come and go, but that's nothing what you will find a lot here in the forum.

From Pudong you definitely will have to "travel" a little bit and cross the river, because for that kind of fun Pudong is more "dry" than Puxi (because in Pudong the Police is more "strikt", so the better places prefer to provide their service on Puxi side).

And one rule first: Never ever follow any dude on the street who will bring you to a "girls bar / girls club / massage with sexy girls" and so on. You will have a good chance to end this adventure with 5000 to 30000 RMB spending for a lousy or even no service!

Prices: here it's not cheap. For up to one hour it is closer if not higher than US or European prices, but on the long time the deal can be fairly decent: still you spend 1500 - 2500 RMB (quite an amount) for overnight. Compared to other places that can be considered cheaper, but overall as an amount is still damned high (more than a normal daily net salary, right?

Less than 1000 RMB looks impossible.

Saunas are less than 1000 (650 to 900 is good for 90 minutes with multiple shoots already).

A short time pickup from a vietnamese can be done for 600 to 800!

But yes, the city is expensive! Girls here do that for to get rich, not for have a normal life!

It's illegal, so if the risk is higher, you want to earn more to compensate the risk!

But over all, there are so many young sexy girls in that business, that it's not a place for cheap fun, but definitly for great fun!

The point where I need your help is the "barber" shops. I never tried those. Any idea there?

Definitely not worth (and a healthy risk), I would say. For Chinese it will be 100 to 150 for a short shoot, go in, one minute BJ, cover and fuck. If you did not come in next 5 minutes (which could be hard because of the mechanical service and lousy environment), the girl will push you already, after 10 minutes she will really be pissed off, don't even try the 15 minutes!! And as a western guy, they will charge at least 250 to 300 from you, but for the same! And try to avoid to imagine, how many Chinese guys who had their last shower 2 weeks ago used to lie on the same towel where you just placed your body! Strictly NOT recommendable for 300!

There are some other type of shops, I call them massage parlor, they are much more worth the deal. You pay 430, got a shower (and a fresh towel), than you will get blow job, girl naked, fuck as long as you need, than shower again. All together between 25 to 40 minutes without a rush, so a much better deal. By the way, the girl get 200 of that, funny to see how the mamasan took my 430 and gave 200 to the girl who just service me. Places like that will have 10 to 15 girls for choose (if you know how to avoid they choose for you), some are a good sauna level, sometimes the service is even better! But it's different from girl to girl! Last time I went out of the shower and the girl just went on her knees and gave me one the the best BJ ever, with DT, balls massage and everything, next time the girl played dead fish (but she was amazing hot, I selected the young office styled girl behind the counter, and unfortunately this seems to be the place where she feel much more comfortable)! But what ever you get there, it will definitely be cheap and much more than you get for 150 less in a Barbershop.

Shanghai has very less of this shops and you need to travel a little bit around, but definitely worth the time and money you spend.

Several saunas are less than RMB1000, and of course, most QQ girls are (but they can be a lot of work). As for BBS, laowai price averages RMB200 to 300 for a very short time (typically 15 minutes or less). In many places, the girls don't fully undress, nor do they allow you to undress either (just drop your pants and hit it). I've tried a few, and it's really not my scene, just too much of a rush and the girls don't do enough to help you get off. I've heard BBS referred to as the McD of sex, which is pretty accurate from my experience.
