Albeit expensive and your better off getting your suppliers to take you otherwise the mammasan won't show any girls since your not on their safe contact list.

Slickwillie really needs to get an ISG membership so he could have PM facilities. We have no idea whether or not he is an employee, consultant or buyer, short term or long term resident, and whether or not he is interested in KTV, sauna, BBS, apartment brothels, outcall, etc.

Thank you for the tips! I am in Northern Dongguan, so it's not terribly practical to stay and work between the two places. How do I find this black taxi thing? I took a red cab from the airport to my hotel. The hotel and where I'm working is a bit north east of the Dongguan Science and Technology museum.

If there's any action up here that you guys know of, I'd love to check it out. Otherwise I might make a trip back down to Shenzhen this afternoon.

Stay in shenzhen if at all possible. Stayn locally is also I feel a whole lot safer and a lot less nerve racking. For your first spa experience I recommend visiting lushan hotel spa. Go to the spa and go with the flow. Bring a cellphone with google translate app if you don't speak chinese. When the manager shows you to the massage room a girl with a eye catching outfit will eventually show up. Unless the girl ia 300% your cup of tea nod your head no and say "hua yi ge". If the girl just stays put and says something just keep nodding your head no. If the girl enters your room immediately and starts preparing stuff, walk out and find a manager to get you another room. Some of the uglier girls gets no customers and are pretty desperate. The popular girls will only wait for you to respond yes for a second before walking away. LOL. During the daytime lushan spa has a good amount of lookers. Afterwards relax at the lounge and eat some free instant ramen and look at the girls walking by remembering their numbers. Fun stuff.

Ah yes, sorry, I did mean DG for Dongguan. If I stay in Shenzhen, is it an easy cab ride up to Dongguan or will I have trouble? I assume that the cabbies don't speak any English as a general rule?

It depends! Depends on what part of Shenzhen you stay in and what part of Dongguan you work in. Both are large cities. Have a look at maps. For example, the northern parts of Bao'an district in SZ are quite close to the southern towns in Dongguan.

Also you may find it difficult to get a taxi to take you between the places during peak hours. Taxi drivers won't speak much English, so it is better to have written instructions to hand to the driver. Even then he may need to phone his colleagues. Another possibility is to hire a private (black) taxi to drive you both ways every day. Probably possible to negotiate a fair price with him. Ask at the company to help you find a dependable guy. If the company will pay your transport, then this would be the way to go. There might even be other employees who make the same trip.

Again, depending on your departure point and destination, a CRH train my be the quickest way to go!

If you provide your destination in DG, then we may be able to provide more helpful suggestions.

Not familiar with "GD". Is that an abbreviation for guangdong? If that's the case guangdong is similar to a state while shenzhen is a city ie California and LOS Angeles.

Unless your referring to "DG", dongguan, in which case staying in shenzhen is advisable since I believe central gov is keeping a close watch on dongguan.

I don't speak any Chinese (only Korean) and it seems staying 45+ minutes away from my activities during the day may not be the best idea, unless I'm wrong? Is there any good hotels and / or spas / saunas up in the GD area, or should I just suck it up and stay down in the SZ area?

Just stay in luohu area. Walk around the area looking for spas, saunas, and footies. Ask if they have the 320 cny massage with a young beauty. "yo mei yo san bai er shir kuai mei nu an-moi"(LOL tried my best to phonetically say it).

Now a bit a warning. Your not going to get the top house beauty. Their almost always reserved in advance from guys like me LOL. But you should be able to get a decent girl nonetheless. Just make sure you go before 8 pm. All the lookers last shift is 8 pm. Night girls are normally porkchops.

320 are normally reserved for the dives ie LS spa. LOL. 388 are for the more upscale places like DFSQ. Unless prices recently went up? Granted I normally pay the higher end anyway since I go for the popular girls so I'm out of touch regarding the lower price spectrum.

My ultra reliable spies tell me that you are likely to pay sānbǎi bāshbā kui (388 yuan), and not sānbǎi rsh kui if you want BBBJCIM (hun bǎo).
