FE48 has clarified the location in Shenzhen. It is certainly not was it used to be but if you make yourself obvious what you are looking for, the mamas will find you and offer to take you to the apartments. It may take you a little time to find the right spot inside the area. If you walk in about 3-4 blocks from the entrance (half circle) and turn left on the first major street inside and then left again into one of the alleys about halfway to the next cross street, you will find the main concentration of girls.
