From my vantage point, Wanchai is an okay place for well-heeled expats and vacationing "one week millionaires" to tip a few pints and flirt with decent looking women. It's the most likely place in the city to find a paid "girl friend experience" with English-speaking women. But it's a lousy place for mongering. Too much uncertainty and too high of prices for a lot of guys. As I was talking to the Thai lady at the HK Cafe, I thought to myself, "This gal wants $2,000. For that price I can short-time 13 Thai women on Temple Street". $2,000 would have been an acceptable price for a lot of guys but it wasn't to me.

I understand how economics works. If you price your service fairly, customers will come (literally). If you raise them too high, customers will bail. If business is good, you can consider raising your prices. If it's flat, you consider cutting your prices. In my 75 minutes at the HK Cafe I saw a lot of men leave the bar alone. I'm guessing a large percentage of the bar ladies that night were going to go home with light purses. It's hard to say what affect their prices have on the final outcome, but if these girls are somewhat desperate to earn money before their visa expires, you would think it would be better to compromise to get some of something than to rigidly stand firm and run the risk of getting a whole lot of nothing..

Enjoyed reading your report which brought back many memories. Made me look forward to my next visit coming up soon. Been going there for years but it seems the cost is on the upwards slope as you could usually get LT for about $1000 - $1500 but the ladies drinks are a big factor. The prices are ridiculous and I now have had a policy if I'm asked outright at a bar for a drink its a "NO". I like the bar scene as it gives you a chance to assess the GF potential before committing yourself. However a lot of girls are going home empty handed and they won't really budge from their asking, inflated price. Most are only there for two weeks as well. Someone in a former report commented about pussy price inflation through the years. I first started frequenting the Temple Street Thai houses and Jordan / Yau Ma Tei streetwalkers about 8 years ago. Negotiated prices back then were $120-150 for the Thais and $200-300 for the Chinese curb crawlers. Fast forward 8 years and I get service today for roughly the same prices as in 2008. From what I can extrapolate from reading the forum, prices in Wanchai have roughly doubled in that time. I don't judge anyone for trying to maximize their value, but for my standards the prices quoted by those girls are just too darned high for what I perceive I'll receive in return.

Whenever I visit HK, I stay and monger exclusively in Kowloon. The $150 Temple Street Thailand honeys, the $200 Portland and Shanghai street streetwalkers in Yau Ma Tei, and the $490 deal at 37 Dundas third floor gentlemen's club represent good value to me. Services range from adequate to surprisingly awesome. The only times I've been disappointed is when a streetwalker refuses to give a BJ without an upsell in price. My intention wasn't to party with the ladies but rather to pull one out for a quick 60 minute session. $1,000 was my self-imposed limit, which I figured was reasonable compensation for a daytime quickie.

I visited Players Club and Bar 109 on Lockhart Road. My gosh they were loaded with wild and drunk women. I was in paradise! But I soon learned that the DH crowd travels in packs of 2 to 4 women. Maybe it was just bad luck, but on the three times I struck up a conversation with a prospect and offered to buy her a drink, somehow she would signal her friends and they would crowd me and demand I buy drinks for them too. In the Philippines it was never a problem because ladies drinks there are reasonably priced. I've never paid more than $40 HK dollars for one. But at $160 a pop I was going to blow my budget fairly rapidly.

So I figured I would just cut to the chase. After striking up a conversation, I would mention I wanted short time and offered my $1,000. Two girls said okay but each wanted a couple of drinks before they'd leave. One woman said $1,000 was too low and was adamant about me paying $1,500, which is roughly $200 USA Dollars. I reminded her that she had a 9 PM curfew and time was ticking away. She would end the night with either 100 percent of $1,000 or 0 percent of $1,500. She would not budge.

I soon got tired of the crapola so I boarded the LRT and headed over to Temple Street for a taste of female Thai cuisine. $150 for a 25 year old that was prettier than 70% of the women in Wanchai. 20 minutes of uncovered BJ, 3 positions with condom, and no bullshit. I headed back to my hotel feeling relaxed and happy.

At 11 pm I decided to check out the HK Cafe on Jaffe. It was fairly busy with around 25 women and 15 men. I soon invited a 38 year old Thai lady to join me. I bought her a drink and we talked as best we could with her limited English skills. She had been in HK for two weeks and had only 2 "customers" so far. Of course she mentioned how horrible her life is in Thailand. Sick father, sick water buffalo, and no money. We never came to a final agreement, but I didn't want to deal with the potential hassles that come from lowballing someone. So I eventually got out of my chair, said goodbye and left her with her pride intact but her purse empty.

On my walk to the hotel I came across a plain-looking 32 year old HK Chinese streetwalker who spoke really good English. She offered to spend the night with me for $500 and promised multiple pops and an excellent blow job. So we headed to 7-11 and bought some beer and condoms. And wow, did she deliver the goods. She thoroughly bathed me, gave me amazing slow patient blow jobs with excellent skill, and shuddered under me when I blew my load. When she left at 8 am I tipped her a well deserved $100.

Macau ferries stop service in the middle of the night, you won't make it back on time. Go to Wanchai clubs, the Fuji building or 141 girls.

To the best of my knowledge, from Central, the Cotai stops but the Taipa is 24 hours. You just have to go stand by if you don't have a booking. Also, you can probably catch the one from the airport to Macau and come back via Central, a much longer trip. I am not sure when is the last airport sailing but Google is your friend.

Was in Hong Kong on a business trip and didn't have a lot of time but was able to get out on a Thursday and Friday night.

Based on the reviews I have read, Wanchai has no appeal to me. It sounds like an expensive place to drink with people that you know will cost you too much and in the end, you will be sober enough to realize the cost isn't what you thought it would be and you go back to your hotel for the five finger discount.

Try Honey Girls on go141.com. Although the girl that shows to your door is not exactly like the pictures, but you will get a close resemblance, very cute and decent service as long as you know what you are getting upfront. This will set you back anywhere between $1000 to $1500 but in my opinion, well worth it. Otherwise you can try your luck in Wan Chai. The girls will come to your room, but you will have the opportunity to negotiate services, pick what you like and can afford and have them leave your hotel at the conclusion of your arrangement.
