If you stay in Macau for an ovdrnight only it is not worth to take an hotel.

HK ferry terminals offers packages of ferry+sauna, but mind you that the sauna package has - according to my knowledge - a sort of limited package. You will be tempted for extras so at the end you end up in not paying what you planned., It is not as you wil be ripped off, but it is like a meal price with appetizers and main course but no dessert and drinks..... Good but not a full meal as one would expect.

It goes without saying that to get all infos on Macau you should RTFF of Macau!

Went twice to the sauna on level B3 in the Regal Kowloon hotel (Kobe Sauna) and had very good experiences each visit. I should add: I am not used to HK saunas, this was my first visit to HK and so have no basis for comparison with similar establishments.

A regular visitor to HK, done and loved Hari's, been to Sticky Fingers, Trafffik, Neptune etc. Share everyone's disappointment that Fenwicks is no more. Issue with the land lord and their liquor license.

3. I guess I'd like to maybe stay either 3 nights in HK and the final in Macau or else do 2 HK, 1 Macau, 1 HK. Any advice on that?

My advice would be that if you are in Bangkok already, better stay there.

The Thai girls are more and cheaper.

For Filipina better go to Manila or AC on a direct flight with Cebu Pacific and enjoy there.

So I went out for a quiet one last night and bumped into an old friend out on the town. Well, as usual, it got messy and I was three sheets to the wind by midnight.

I called by 37D again last night, to see if their decline into averageness was permanent, or if they could still offer me a reason to continue visiting. And overall, there was a glimmer: it wasn't all bad.

The line-up was poor, to start with. But this might just be a policy to give the gweilos the low-quality girls, because, ever since I have been going to Dundas, I've seen local Chinese guys walking down from the love-hotel with absolute stunners on their arms. But these lovely girls never appear in my line-ups. Coincidence? I think not.

Many places will do this to you if you are a gweilo and not a regular customer as they figure we are all off the boat and have yellow fever.

While it has been months since I have been to 37D, and was never much of a regular, going maybe once every three or four months. I would always send the first line up away and ask if they had any better looking girls. The second line up would always be considerable better looking and younger.

Saunas and pink/yellow signs places generally are the same if you are a gweilo and not a regular. At pink/yellow sign places you can send the girl away, although english communication with the staff working the place can be a challenge at times, and a pleasure at others. Saunas are a little more difficult to send girls away.

I recommend man169.com which now is partially in English, but is simple enough to use even in Chinese as it is google map based and the girls are usually numbered not named. I ofter will grab the couple numbers of girls before going to a sauna or pink/yellow sign. Even if the girls you selected are not working at that time it shows that you are not a newbie or uneducated and it helps with getting better girls, and rather frequently the girls you have picked are working.

I have an upcoming family vacation where I'll be in Hong Kong for about a week or so, and must admit that this site is awesome.

Why the deception? Because you will see that the "Japanese" girls all are considerably more expensive than others. All part of HK-ers' fascination with Japanese things, and because most of the local punters grew up jacking off to pirated Japanese AV movies.

My own (limited) experience - can't tell if they are in fact Japanese. Don't really care. All have fake boobs. The photos have been photo shopped, but the girls still are very presentable, albeit usually older than the photos suggest. Service is professional, but mechanical, as you have to expect from a provider who is expected to service 10 to 15 customers a day.

I tried the one in Fuji in Wanchai and can promise she isn't Japanese, in fact she didn't even look Japanese when I got there. You can distinctly tell the accented English between the various countries around this region and I would say that with her Mandarin accented sounds she was/is probably Taiwanese because it wasn't a local accent and it wasn't mainland.

1 October is the National Day holiday.

The Mainland makes a bit of a week of it, but it is only a one day public holiday here in HK.

Lots of Mainland tourists come to HK in that week, but it doesn't really affect things. HK can cope with large influxes of tourists fairly easily, without even bending at the seams.

Can't comment on Macau.
