HK has / had a really vibrant food culture--with restaurants, shops and kiosk carrying offerings along the entire spectrum of price points, from simple to extravagant.

When nonresidents are allowed to visit again, will we find a lot of empty store fronts or are these places trying to survive on "take out" orders?

All restaurant cannot allow diners after 6:00 pm, but many still will do take away or delivery from what I've seen. This restriction really screwed my Holiday dinner plans, but can't do anything about it.
