Well the "meet and greet" scene that was Wan Chai is all but dead, and somehow I doubt it will ever make any real return. It had declined significantly IMHO in the last few years anyway.

I agree that the scene is all but dead now. Gone are the days of a packed Escape (the old Fenwicks), HK Cafe, Amazonia, New Makati etc etc. Not that long ago you struggled to get into these places as they were so busy.
