It was pretty quiet, and at the reception desk I was shown the menu. Brief and to the point – 90 minutes full service for HK $821 or 45 minutes for HK $650. I chose the longer one because I wasn't in the mood for a quickie after a long flight.

The usual routine as I remembered it: you pay first, then a guy takes you into the changing room, hands you a key to a locker, you strip in front of him, take a shower, then he puts you into the ridiculous shorts, and you are escorted through the waiting room (lots of wide chairs in front of a big TV screen) into a dark room with 2 massage tables. Here I was introduced to a young woman I could barely see in the (absence of) light.

I found 81 Nathan Rd, just across from the infamous Chunking Mansions (not my scene – 30 hurried minutes with sweaty providers doing 15 clients a day). My research on the Forum had told me TST Sauna was on the 4th floor. But a young woman tout was outside the street entrance with a handful of massage brochures doing the usual 'come see pretty lady' routine. I (wrongly) thought she was a tout for TST. So I went to the lift with her, and she took us up to the 8th floor. To Nga Lok Spa.

Turned out to be one room, with one single provider. I almost backed out, realizing this was not TST. But the room was well lit, and the girl was definitely pretty. So, again, wtf.

No guy to put on your shorts here. The tout went back downstairs and I was left with Eppo. Reasonable English. Willowy, slim build and a sense of fun in her eyes. The shower was in a Japanese tub, and after that she got to work.

Initial menu was HK $300 for 60 minutes, and HK $450 for 90. Before she began, she told me it was HK $200 for HJ and HK $1000 for FS. Totally ridiculous. Tried to bargain, but no success. So I settled for the 60 + HJ.

Short conclusion.

For those looking for the sauna / massage experience, Hong Kong is still a mecca of choice. I walked past tons of other places offering similar services. I like this kind of mongering (as opposed to bar girls our the outcall services) because of its anonymity and professionalism. Others will have their own tastes.

The Jordan / Temple area seems better priced, if you're on the Kowloon side. Though not if you want conversation. The Tsim Sha Tsui area is pricier (actually, overpriced) but you might be able to find an English speaker.

Whatever. I had a hell of a good time.

Last I remember was over in Wan Chai and the Pussycat club to pick up Pinays or others. That area still active? Is it possible to get from Wan Chai to Kowloon after hours? This post will probably not be much help to anyone already experienced in the HK scene, but recently I had the chance to try out both the Fuiji building and also so-called Honey girls.

The Fuji building is amazing. I wish there was one in every city. It is 22 floors of nothing but girls. As others have described here, you keep knocking on doors until you find one you like. Once you get over the awkwardness of the first couple knocks, it's actually quite fun. I went on a Thursday night, and the place was packed with other guys.
