They might be using a virtual host. I think that makes it harder to add https but the good thing is if the site goes down in the future, it's be back up with a new domain name in no time.

After doing a bit of research I found there are multiple apps on play store which provide you a virtual sim.

Apps: 2nd Line, Hushed, Numero.

You need to install the app. You will need a local number to verify yourself, then you can select any number.

Subscription charges ranges from 1 $ to 10 $/ month.

The payment process using debit / credit card has been abandoned in ISG due to payment processing issues and certain other laws in US. So that option is not available. You can now only purchase subscription using bitcoins because it's the only process which ISG is accepting. The detailed process is given in the FAQ section as well as contact us section of website.
