Displaying phone number is normal but not the name. If the contact is not stored now it shows only phone number. It seems TRAI & DoT are working on some mechanism that will ensure callers name as registerd with phone operator is displayed while a call is being made. Hope this never sees the light of the day else this is going to be a huge issue, while the entire mongering community will move to apps like Telegram but then you will never know who you are talking to on telegram as you can always change the Telegram display ID.
