I think LE are primarily raiding spas only right now and that too in some areas only. But you need to be cautious regarding timing when you visit spas. Since if you visit at unusual times, then chances are less. Better to avoid for few weeks I would suggest. Afros are safe to visit as of now I haven't heard any news of raid in any afro premises so far. I haven't visited any of the afros as mentioned but from FRs so far they seem to be VFM and safe.

Yes have tried. The massage quality was really good the both times I had gone. The masseuse during first visit was also quite cute. Forgot her name though. No extras. I casually asked them also if people come here asking for extras. The therapist told that they are instructed to immediately end the massage in case that happens and also report to management.
