Met the famous PK from Mumbai at a hotel in Juhu. Had set-up time with her a few days back and she had been prompt in responding. SA is literally a game of hit and miss.

Here's what I do:

1) Profile. Have a profile with photo (You can blur out or cover the face) and have some private pictures inside. Do not sound desperate yet don't sound unapproachable. Make it short and to the point.

2) Search. As far as filters go, I use age - 18 to 28 and distance. Up to 80 kms. Contact only the babes who have been active in last 1 week. Don't message anybody straight away. If you like something you see, go to their profile and just favourite them. Let them come to you. They might either favourite you back or come see you profile. In a very small number of cases, they might actually message you or ask permission to see your private pics. Don't. Talk to them first and only after you sense the ice is broken, ask for permission to see their private pictures.

3) Negotiation. Most SA babes on non WG. Don't go asking for rates. Start a conversation without sounding desperate and take it off the site. KIK or Telegram is the preferred choice because you won't have to share your phone number that way. Don't be on the site for long during this phase because then the gestation period will be longer and hence the chances of getting a deal done ever lesser. Don't share your private pics or phone number unless you have her number and pics and you are sure she isn't a fraud.

4) Prices. I would say starting is 15 k and then god knows where it ends. I have 1 chic asking 2 lakh rupees per night claiming she has a manager who will be coordinating with me. I am nobody to judge but she was probably a fraudster. Try your best to negotiate but here's the catch. The good ones you find are actually looking for a monthly commitment thingy where she's available for you as per your pre negotiated terms. And YES, it does work for many people. But in most cases, the sugar babes are usually working or studying decent non professionals who are on SA for funding their luxury lifestyle. You can negotiate as much as you like after you have a bottom asking price.
