Recently read about the new law Section 370 A wherein the cops can book customers who are found in brothels, DB,lodges and in any place where sex is solicited.

According to which you can get a jail term of minimum of 3 yrs extendable to 5 yrs if proved guilty.

Gone are the times where people could escape by just paying the penalty.

Is this law really come into effect. Read about it in the newspapers.
