I have requested the same information in the Delhi forum, but was wondering if my mumbaikar brothers would also help me in this. You can try Hotel at at Nehru Place New Delhi. There you can book double occupancy and bring in your friend. There are a few rooms in this hotel which is already booked by some PMs to give service. You have to keep your eyes open to get the feeling.
