Unfortunately, it is a bit dicey to try to get a girl to your hotel room but definitely worth a try. There may also be some SPs (read pimps) who have girls either at the hotel itself or at a nearby upscale hotel but providing you the contact will be a bit of a challenge since you do not have PM facilities.
